Arby's — Restaurant in Albertville

I placed my order through the app on Sunday, 01 December 2024 at 11:52 am. I arrived at the Albertville Arby’s at 12:00 pm. At 12:20 I asked about my order and was told they were working on it. At 12:35 pm, I asked again about my order as I was watching them keep pushing it to the side. The young lady handed me a bag and asked me to make sure it was right. I told her it wasn’t and that the food in it was cold and I wanted it remade. When she told the Manager, the manager got mad. I finally got my order at 12:46 pm.

If an online order gets placed, it should be made right away and be ready for the customer. There was no excuse for this to have happened.

Franchise or not, Corporate needs to look into this. The General Manager, Asst. Managers, and Shift Supervisors (if any) need to do better.

And the employees also need to not just be standing around looking confused. The orders appear on the screen in order, so fulfill them in that order.

They apparently were messing up drive through...

Placed our order only to find out the fish sandwich my husband ordered had been discontinued 2 weeks earlier. The sign at the front door showed a fish sandwich. And they had just put a sandwich on the tray like he was stupid and wouldn't notice. He took it back to the cashier and the manger said he haven't had fish in two weeks ! Okay why is the sign still up 2 weeks later and the cashier wasn't aware of it. ??? AND... I opened my sandwich which I get all the time had nothing but meat. The manger had a bad attitude never offered once to correct the mistake. It was like he's was pissed we said anything about it. Before we left my husband went to the counter and said we will not be back here. And I turned his fish sign so he wouldn't miss it. We are in our senior years ! My husband is 72 yrs old. And no one has the right to treat us this way. ...

I Love Arbys., Since I Was A Boy My Daddy Took Us There At Less Once A Week. The Menu Has Grown Since Them Day's. But My Self I Still Love The Classics. REG. ROAST BEEF & BEEF AND CHEEDER. AND POTATO CAKES . THERE IS NO BETTER EATTING IN FAST FOOD . WHEN I WAS A BOY THERE WAS A SMALL MENU. I STILL LIKE THE BASIC. BUT NOW AND THEN I GET A FRENCH DIP OR TWO. OR A GYRO OR TWO I'M DISABLED. LIVE ON BUDGET. CAN'T AFFORD THIS NEW SANDWICH BUT IF IT WASN'T FOR COUPONS I COULD EAT THERE OR ANYWHERE. I JUST WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
