Whataburger — Restaurant in Albertville

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3️⃣ STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to take out a small loan to have lunch at Whataburger today. $30+ for 2 lunch meals. When this Whataburger first opened, the line would be wrapped around the building. Today, Friday, at noon, there were 3 vehicles in front of me. The service was extremely friendly. The guy was super sweet and seemed to be in a cheerful mood. I did have to sit at the window and wait for them to locate a pasture with a cow in it, load the 🐄 up on a trailer, take the cow to slaughter, drop the trailer back off, bring back the ground beef and make my burger, but that was no fault of his. My fries were hot but had absolutely no salt on them and no salt or ketchup in the bag. The only thing in my bag was a single napkin. For two meals. I guess we were to rip it in half and share it. Or possibly into quarters and have enough napkins for 2 meals each 🤷🏼‍♀️ My burger was pretty good. The cheese was melted, which was a nice surprise and was made just the way I ordered it. So, other than the wait time, I really can't complain about the burger. My white chocolate raspberry shake tasted like a regular vanilla shake. Also, it was so thick that I don't think a professional street walker could have sucked that shake through that straw! It was THICK. Like that song "Brick House" thick. Like THICK THICK. My cheeks will never be the same after that. All in all, it was okay. Nothing to brag about (except being able to get that milkshake through that straw. THAT'S bragworthy right there). WAY too much money for a burger combo meal, way too long of a wait and just not worth it, in my opinion. When leaving a review, I always suggest you give the place a shot for yourself. Ask of 11:22pm 11:23 I had paid for my food I order a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, justaburger jr and a grilled chicken sandwich they forgot the BRCS and then I ask the night time manager if I could get the justaburger remade right he told me no so literally yall got a burger and plus 50 cent come on I had to drive from Sardis all the way to Albertville to just not remake 2 burgers like come on. And then my mother in law order a #2 just the burger it was made sloppy the bread looked horrible the lettuce looked bad and then they didn’t even add the sliced jalapeños. So I spent almost 30 something for food that wasn’t even made completely right. Aka I use to work there and we never sent our food looking horrible if there was something made wrong or we would fix it. I really hope a manager will Call me cause I really upset and I’ll never come back to spend a dime and just to mention this yall wasn’t even busy at the time and the food was still made made wrong. Come on yall need to get it together before yall have the darn location shut door. All I wanted was fresh made food...
