I was a first time buyer for the Albertville location. It took me 10 minutes trying to order on the website before I gave up. I downloaded the iOS application only to find out the location is not ready for digital orders. :( Ok, it’s not communicated on the site but fine.
I ordered 4x pizzas; Chanticlear Special, Chicken Alfredo, vegetarian and a pepperoni. All thin crust and two of them with the special splash... something extra suggested to add to the pizzas. I got all of the thin crust and waited excitedly for the delivery.
They showed up in the expected timeframe with a very friendly, polite delivery. He had been well tipped and then the second disappointment. Our pizzas were pretty over cooked and even burnt. Even if they had been done perfectly though the actual taste and enjoyment of the pizza was extremely bland. I’ve had Jack’s pizza with more flavor... Read moreSaturday night I had company. Ordered $70 worth of food. Had it delivered, and of course was charged the delivery fee. I guess I would have to ask, what does that delivery fee entail. If you're going to charge me extra for delivery I would assume that the order would be double checked for accuracy. They forgot to send my 9 piece cheese garlic bread with dipping sauce. When the driver arrived I pointed this out and he pulled out the receipt and verified that it was paid for and he should have had it. He informed me that he was told the order was ready to go. I had company over, so I must admit I was a little pissed. He did run back up and get the order of bread but to be honest by the time he returned we were done eating. If a pizza company is going to charge delivery fee, there should be a reasonable expectation that the order is delivered correctly. We were very disappointed. We ordered a cheeseburger pizza with hand tossed crust and the Buffalo deluxe pizza as is. The cheeseburger pizza was delivered with thin crust. The Buffalo deluxe pizza had none of the items as listed and it had red sauce, not the garlic sauce listed. My wife called the store to let them know. They were not going to help bring us the correct pizza due to their volume they had at the time. They said we would have just one pizza on them on “our account” whatever that means.
