McDonald's — Restaurant in Albertville

Look a the pics. Ordered a fruit & yogurt parfait through the drive thru i received frozen syrup with 3 unrecognisable i guess its "blueberries" in albertville i was very mad that i decided to go to a different location (boaz) just a couple of min. Later and still received the same frozen "fruit" but it had tripple the amount. It taste rancid bitter! Horrible! The plain yogurt wasnt bad and it did had a good amount. Its nothing like before that it used to at least have distinguishable fresh looking fruit! Pitiful! Never again am i buying this! It was my favorite thing to order there but some one very smart decided to cut back on the fresh fruit. SMH! My own personal opinion. I didnt return it just because i wanted to make this review and wanted to see the difference between different locations. Oh and if you order an iced latte make sure you give the ounces instead of small medium or large. Each location is different and they will give you a small cup when ordering a medium in albertville. While going to other locations they give you the regular medium size drink. Sometimes!... Still mad! Im going home throw away the wanna be fruit and put some real fruit on it. I hate to be wasteful. But im not going to eat something that is maybe expired and not good tasting and probably end up making me sick... By the way the cashier in albertville was the sweatiest girl ever! Very young girl. Is not their fault. So please dont be rude to them if you dont get what you expected. Its not their fault! Take it up with the manager and corporate and make a review to...

I came through this morning and paid 30$ for my meals for 3 steak bagels, and I was specific with making sure there was steak seasoning on the steaks & asking for a big cup of breakfast sauce!! So charge me whatever you need to but that sounds pretty specific to me. I’m one bagel the steak was burnt and no seasoning on it. The second one there was no sauce on the bagel and no seasoning. On the third one there was a tiny bit of sauce and no seasoning. So I’m pretty sure they ran out of breakfast sauce in there bottle and just didn’t have time to replace it right then. I’m on my way to Huntsville so I had no choice but to feed this to my family. I asked if it could be replaced but he said bye to there being three bagels he has to get all of them back. So I’m suppose to starve my family on the way to Huntsville because you want me to bring them back later? That makes no sense.. I’m not asking for the entire order to be remade just the three bagels. The manager told me I should be specific and ask for 3 extra shots of breakfast sauce, but honestly asking for a big white cup of breakfast sauce seems pretty specific for me.. literally I got a tiny squirt in the cup. It looked like they ran out of sauce and didn’t want to ge more!! Literally the breakfast sauce and the seasoning on the steak is what makes...

If you go to my page on Facebook Group under “Marshall County The Swapper” and type In McDonalds then you will see why I have given this place a 2 star rating. Any time a worker belittles the customer and embarrasses that woman, that worker should be fired on the spot. The woman in front of me was just trying to feed her kids and ran short by a dollar. The employee that was bagging the food then jumped the woman embarrassing her more by calling her situation out. It was horrific to watch this play out right in front of my eyes. After the woman left, I asked the cashier what wasn’t the lady able to afford and he was nice and told Me so I went ahead and ordered it in hopes of catching her in the parking lot but I wasn’t able to get to her in time due to the employee that was bagging food and taking her time cause she knew exactly what I was doing. She ended up getting a ear full that night and I hope she lost her job over her rude actions to the quiet, embarrassed lady.

Anyways, after not finding the lady in the parking lot, I left the hamburger there at McDonalds and posted on Facebook about the situation in hopes of finding her and trying to help her out. But till this day I haven’t found her and I just hope she and her children are in a much better...
