Taco John's — Restaurant in Albertville

I just wanted to say that I had one of my co-workers go and pick up lunch. I told them what I wanted them to order (six pack and a pound, soft tacos, no lettuce) when he came back there was lettuce on the tacos only because he forgot to tell them to take it off. I called them and asked if there was a solution and without hesitation the lady on the phone said I could come and that she would remake all of them. So I went back and I was handing her the wrongly made tacos and she told me to keep them. This was awesome and one of the main reasons why I am writing this because most places would have take the other tacos and just thrown them but she told me to find someone to eat them and for me to just take them with me. I just went through the drive thru and I told the lady i needed a minute, because i wanted to get something different I usually always get the same thing here but wanted to change it up! I didn’t realize it closed at 10 and the lady didn’t say anything to me when asked if I could look quick. I asked her what came on the taco salad and she acted as if I was suppose to know? I felt I wasn’t wanted here. Food is always great when I come to tjs anywhere but this place I will never go to she wasn’t nice at all. I have never seen this bad of customer service in my life before. I tried to call and talk to the manager and a “taco John’s employee” said it was illegal to disclose when I was able to call back to talk to the actual manager… this store assistant manager “banned” my mom that’s in her 70’s from going here when all she did was say that the food wasn’t fresh and asked for new food? These prices are ridiculous to begin with and getting cold food and absolutely horrible customer service on top is completely appalling. I will never in my life go to this location again and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time to go to this taco John’s...
