If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a #1 meal with double meat and a jalapeño roast beef slider, a #2 meal also with double meat and a bun with no sesame seeds because of an allergy to sesame seeds, and a #3 meal to go. A girl came out from the back to ask the guy who took our order if we were sure about "no bun." Both my fiance and I, as well as the guy who took the order all said bun, no sesame seeds. The girl went back and returned a short time later with our order. My fiance checked the order and looked at me and said, "they didn't listen... they didn't give a bun." It was a bunch of roast beef in a plastic container. I went to have the order fixed and the girl came back out, and when I tried to get her to fix the order, she accused me of being rude. I was shocked. I told her that they needed to fix the order. She shouted at me, telling me that it's not her fault that I changed my mind and that everyone makes mistakes. I decided to leave and let my fiance deal with the situation since he was far more diplomatic than I was in the moment. The girl went back into the kitchen and began complaining to her coworkers about what a b*tch I was. She left my fiancé standing, waiting for about 10 minutes, and thinking that they were going to remake the sandwich correctly. Instead, the girl wrapped 2 soggy pieces of bun in a sandwich wrapper and put into a bag and gave it to him. I had no idea that Arby's required that the customer put their own sandwich together... perhaps a little warning next time? Something along the lines of "some assembly required." I didn't know that the sandwich wasn't remade until we got home and I found the soggy bread. The shift manager was made aware.... I do feel, however, that corporate needs to be made aware of the horrendous attitudes of some of the employees at this particular store.... this is just one part of the order.... the cheese that was supposed to be on the French Dip was more on the wrapper and less on the sandwich. By the time we were able to leave this Arby's, our...
Read moreThe food was good as it usually is, my issue is that every time I go there I have to double and triple check that they include the right things with my order. Specifically, condiments like the Bronco berry sauce. Today I ordered using the app and made sure that I had all the condiments listed correctly on my order and they left out my bronco berry sauce again. I didn't check at the store because I got sidetracked with the fact that they gave me Coca-Cola instead of the Dr. Pepper I had ordered. I had already drive the 15 minutes home and was getting everything out of the bag before I realized they left out the sauce. Also, there is no place that I could find in the app to request extra Bronco berry sauce, or else I would have done that as well and maybe it would have made them realize they left it out.
Once I realize that it was missing I tried the to call the number that was listed in the app, only to receive a recording saying that thee number wasn't receiving calls. No problem, the number should be on the receipt, right, but no, the number on the receipt only had 9 of the 10 digits. So I thought, okay I'll look it up on Google, but no one answered at that number, it just rang and rang and rang. So here am I leaving a mediocre review because they can't be bothered to make sure that customers can reach them with...
Read moreFood is good. Better than it was a few years ago. So quality is coming back. It's expensive but not overly so. It's beef, so don't expect a value meal. With that being said, they have some really good sliders.
This location is pretty quick, lines are short and flipped quickly, service is good especially at the intercom but the guys that hand you the food can be a little rude. The young lady that works the intercom however is very nice and professional, I like her demeanor a lot. (I'm a manager with years of restuarant and customer service experience, I would hire her)
I would give this place a 4 only because the pandemic is over and you should be able to eat inside. I think some of their workers need customer service training. But they are a solid little store. I would recommend checking your oder if you get a lot of different items, but that's always my suggestion for fast food.
It's a decent location. Not a bad side of town but it's not the upper west side either. It's the neighborhood I grew up in so I might be a little more desensitized. But I never felt unsafe in this...
