Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I am really not one to really leave bad reviews because I know ALL people have their off days. All but one employee (Santana) were just plain rude at this location. My family and I have been to many Lotaburgers all over Abq, Rio Rancho and Bernalillo, and I have never left so disappointed. When I went it wasn’t during the lunchtime rush but the lobby was somewhat busy, 3 or 4 people were already ahead of me, and the drive thru had 2 cars. When I placed my order I was interrupted by the manager asking the cashier a question about a waiting customers messed up order. I finished ordering and started to wait..........., while waiting I watched 4 customers come in with their bag of food because something was wrong with their order, which made me want to check my food before leaving. Once they called my number I thought my food was done because it had been about 10 or so minutes since placing my order. But it was just the drinks, which were completely full to the top with ice! While waiting I noticed that they were concentrating more on getting the people in the drive thru their food first. I don’t know how many cars came and went while we waited. But after waiting for 45 minutes my food was finally done, or so I thought. They missed Chile, bacon and cheese on 2 out of 3 of my burgers. And when I told the manager she kind of sighed like I was bothering her. And she asked if I wanted a couple slices of cheese. After she said that I had to walk out before I embarrassed myself. I will never return to...

2 stars because the burgers were so good. Also, only 2 stars because this was a very uncharacteristic and disappointing trip to a Blake's Lotaburger. I waited in line after placing my order at the drive thru (2 combos, seasoned fries, chicken tenders, out if ice tea) for 25 minutes and then decided to go in to see if it would be faster to pick it up at the counter. The people that walked in before me were told that there's no fries because the fryer wasn't working, and that they were out of diet dr. Pepper. I got to the register and the staff were completely unorganized and they confused my order with another group that were there before me and then realized it wasn't mine so the people came over to find out the fryer was down, but they were never told. I finally got my 2 burgers (no fries or chicken tenders) and 2 drinks and the drink station was disgusting, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The burgers were delicious but me and my wife both had stomach aches about 30 minutes later. I will not go back to this location....

Ordered chili cheese dog with season fries. When i got to work and looked in my bag, there was a bun. A hot dog. Onions. And fries. What they did not add was the chili or the season fries. How does an adult get a simple american dish so so wrong? It's not a complex European or Mediterranean dish, no. My last time i go to that specific location. Read the reviews, I'm not the only one that got bad service, totally doing a great local restaurant disservice. The next day i went to the menual near uptown location, absolute best service, they meant business and it showed in their service. Ordered chili cheese dog and i enjoyed my dinner..much better dining (drive tru)experience...during rush hour too. I got exactly what I ordered. I recommend going to that location better if you read this. Blake's is good food. Don't get discouraged by certain food service employee trying to ruin your culinary experience. There's plenty of...
