Bob's Burgers — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I always forget to write a review about this location LOL. So about like 4 weeks ago after leaving coronado mall i called bobs on menual to make a call in order since the mall is not that far from there. I made a call in order the girl who answered was nice she got everything right on what I wanted my order to be. Before hanging up she didn't ask me for my name which was weird bcuz they usually ask for a name. Once we got there we go thru drive thru there was a car in front of us and little bit customers inside, we waited about like 5minutes behind the car then came our turn, so my sister drives up, drive thru window open but no one came to help us we we're looking inside waiting patiently and nothing the store manager a.k.a Margret was there walking around then went to get some water she straight up looked at us, she didn't said anything I assumed she was gonna tell her coworkers "can you guys help them." Not one word she said then she goes and is on her phone, and after that she goes to her car to look for something again we're still there waiting, and she didn't care!! Talk about bad management smh!! After a good 25min a girl comes up and says ok your total is blah blah blah, she didn't even apologize for the wait. I payed but got payed for the wrong order, then once they corrected my order I got it and left, once I got home I opened it up, my foot long chili dog was cooked the way I wanted it, but whoever wraped it didn't do a good job, basically all the chilli fell to one side. I don't care if I had to post a review every single time I go to this specific location I swear to any of you bobs burgers fans come to this location it may look old on the outside but I swear to god every single time i come hear the food is fresh the taco burgers are crunchy and hot, the burgers filled with veggies and chili! They also have the most amazing chili cheese fries they use different ingredients then all the other bobs burgers I freaking hate bobs on central quite frankly any other bobs except this location This place holds a special place in my heart because this was My brothers favorite food who is unfortunately not with us anymore But he used to take me to bobs every week and all the memories come back when i come get my food here and this how it used to be until they hired all those kids and ruined basically everything At the other locations like the one on central in south valley.

Don't go the one on 5214 Menaul. They're service and food is horrible. I've been to the Menaul store several times, and it is always bad. If I am craving Bob's. I go to one of the other places in the city. Overall, Bob's is very good and has good food and service, but the one on Menaul is consistently bad. Last time they gave me cold fries and shorted me a cheesburger. It was on the receipt, they charged me for it, but it was not in the bag when I got home. I always check my drive-thru orders, but they give you a small bag and stack everything under the fires. It's almost impossible to tell if you you've been shorted. Yes, it is MY responsibility (or yours) to check your order every time, but they always are trying to short you anyway. It should not be that way. Being shorted an item should be rare, not every time. I don't like going to drive thrus wherein I always have to dispute the order and am responsible for finding...
