I went online to look up the store hours and Google said that this location (Rio Rancho) closes at 9 PM. So I went to this location last week and pulled up to the drive through at 8:25 PM... no one answered. I said "hello" a few times and nothing at 8:31 PM someone finally comes on the DT intercom and says, I'm sorry but we closed at 8:30 PM. So I replied back letting her know that I had been sitting there since 8:25 PM and that I was ignored until closing. No response was given back. So I was upset, but drove off and thought that maybe it was just a one off situation. Well i was wrong... I went back to the same location tonight to give it another chance. Remembering that they close at 8:30 PM (although the website still says 9PM)... I made sure to get there early. I got in line at the drive thru at 7:45 PM. I was the next car in line to the speaker. The drive thru was moving slow. I finally get to the speaker at 7:58 PM and waited until 8:01PM, when someone finally gets on the speaker and says "I'm sorry we are closed, we close at 8"... so I responded with the fact that I've been in line since 7:45 PM and she rudely responds back "We can't take any orders past 8PM"... so I explained last week I was told 8:30 PM and she repeats rudely what she said before. Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. The employees take their time at the drive thru, so they can just tell everyone else that they can't take orders past a certain time. Never eating here again!...
Read more8/17/25 4:20 pm Food was delicious. But I got food I didn’t order. The customer service was not there. It felt like a bunch of people who didn’t care. The order was wrong and the lady was too in a hurry to clock out instead of listen to our order. And when she repeated it back to us I had her correct a few things. She was extremely rude when I asked her to repeat my order. She seemed bothered to be working.. ordered a comber c with easy chili and easy chili cheese fry and they came back regular. Wasn’t that hard. My husband ordered an upsize fry and drink and we received regular but was charged for the large… a total of two combos and 4 tortillas burgers (2 easy chili) and they were not marked, they all looked like regular chili.. I didn’t think that was too much. But apparently it was to hard for her . Maybe keep her on the fries or sweeping. Alyssa or Alissa threw my receipt but it was something like that. The manager or guy in the black shirt, was half helping her but also didn’t care to help her enough. A lot of solicitors. So I understand why the bathrooms were locked, but then they are bringing in dogs who are not service animals which is unsanitary. No refills.. I would go to Julian’s burgers next time. A lot cheaper and free refills. People who actually listen...
Read moretoday 11/19/2017 at about 2:40 i went thru the drive thru to place my order as i normally do and the guy taking the order was clearly not paying attention to my request for my first item on the menu, to the point i had to repeat it a few times, then upon making my second request another guy asked me to repeat my choices yet again at which time i became annoyed (not mad) that is until he stated claiming i was yelling and being rude to the first guy (which puzzled me) so at which time i asked if a manager can take my order to avoid any conflict they apparently felt (since the two guys combined were unable to or were just being nasty rude) at which point the second guy told me to go to the first window, than a female who came to the window ruder than ever, claimed i was cursing at the first two guys because that is what "they" told her. Not once was i cursing or rude, I "was" going to bob's at least twice a week and never encountered anything remotely this way up until today. So based on this experience I will "NEVER" go back to this establishment. ( like how hard is it to order 2 combo C's ) I didn't think my order was out of the normal or...
