Update 9.7.23 Don't go. The manager Nathan never gave any refund or followed through with what he promised. So nope. Not reputable allowed fraudulent charges added to credit card and they kept the money.

Update 7.5.23 Although he acted very nice face to face, the manager never refunded the over charge and we never received the gift cards he promised (we assumed that was how he was refunding when the refund never touched our bank account) Definitely take cash if you want to chance it. Update: 6-6 I will raise the stars once the situation is corrected. We went by and talked to the manager, Nathan. He pretended to be kind and compassionate, and to apologized as well as assured us he would correct the incorrect charge amount on our cards and speak to the server. We thought he was understanding and listening to us. But Nathan didn't follow through on anything he said.

.............. I lowered the stars because everyone at the table that used credit cards had their cards fraudulently for extra tips in addition to the to we added to our receipts. Only use cash at this restaurant, IF you choose to try it out.

Previous: Fish, tarter sauce, green chili fries, and cheese curds were delicious. Drinks were good. Service was sporadic. We had to flag our server down, almost, if not everytime after he took our first order. Which he forgot one order of nachos and when we brought it to his attention he argued and told us only 1 person ordered them 🤔 I didn't like trying to get his attention, but he kept walking right by our table and ignoring us, like he kept forgetting what he was doing. It was like our server kept forgetting we were there. Yet one time when we weren't paying attention, he took empty glasses and plates and one of our parties beer that had 1/3 left in the glass. Someone ordered a second beer and didn't get it until we were all finished eating. So we visited while they finished. We were tired from working all weekend, but didn't have a choice but to stay. Then when we asked for our checks, he brought half of the table checks and the other half he didn't. So we had to ask again. We were sitting right in front of the bar 🤷‍♀️. Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE service. We sat for 15 minutes before he came by the table. We asked for water, which he brought but it was warm.. not room temperature, but warm. The bottle felt like it was straight from the dishwasher. We nicely asked for ice and he rolled his eyes and brought a whole pitcher of ice (for 2 people). Very unnecessary. It took 25 minutes to get our appetizers delivered. We were there for a total of an hour before the server took our meal order. After finding him in the restaurant and asking him to please come over to take the order, it took another 10 minutes for a different server to come take the order. Who was also short with us and rude. I watched the servers stop at other tables and talk to customers for several minutes but they always seemed to run past our table and ignore us. We weren’t being loud or rude at all and yet we’re being treated poorly. The server never brought us a second bottle of water, so I found a fridge with them in it and grabbed one myself. The bathrooms are disgusting and don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in days. Also, I saw numerous servers in the kitchen with masks off. I’m indifferent about wearing a mask, but if your establishment is going to require it’s customers to wear a mask when they’re 6-10 feet away from people, you should require employees to wear a mask when they’re around the customers food.. come on. Food review: The hummus was great, it came with a good amount of veggies and pita bread for 2 people. The chicken nachos are extremely spicy and the other flavors are not good at all. The server didn’t know anything about the pulled pork and was not helpful at all. The burger was good, we just did a build your own burger, the fries were great, and the lemon cake was pretty good. The raspberry sorbet is great. All in all, you get what you pay for with the food, but the service is not worth it unless you have 2.5 hours to waste. Especially when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. It was a Tuesday night. My advice: look at the menu before you get there and place your entire order...

The worst service ive had in years. Young discriminating staff with no justification of improper treatment. After a short wait to be seated on a Friday night Patrick sat us at a table next to the kitchen doors. We initially ordered 4 beers, food(wings and chips w/ salsa), and water for our party of 4. Patrick kindly came back and notified us that only two of our party members were allowed beers. Me being one of the members excluded i then asked again for water for the table. Without any hesitation Patrick walked away and came back with Kyle. Kyle then proceeded to tell us that only two of our party members were allowed beers which i again answered and asked for water for the table and our food order. After a while I stepped out to smoke hoping that our food order would be out shortly. 30-45 minutes passed with all staff sitting on the table next to ours a mentioned to my party "Wow Still no Water hopefully the food order will be out any minute." We then asked the Patrick and Kyle for our food order . We then were told that our food order was canceled and we were not going to be served. In total we waited over an hour to be denied any service with no justification. I asked for the manager which a young kendra was brought to me. I explained the issues that were plagued the establishment. I asked her if she could explain why our food order was canceled and we were denied any water. She then said since half of the group was unhappy with the service she went ahead and canceled our order. I asked why weren't we notified of our order being canceled. She could not answer. I then got upset and told our group that we were leaving. After a quick chat with other patrons of the establishment it was stated that we were being discriminated against by the staff. Regardless only white members of our party would have been allowed any service period. I will never support this local...
