Panda Express — Restaurant in Albuquerque

just finding a place to park is hard enough as it is... this location shares a small parking lot with two other locations and from what I could see had no designated parking. Upon walking inside it had a place at the checkout counter to pickup online orders so I walked over to wait for my order. the worker was finishing someone else's order so I left room for them to check them out however as soon as they did they looked up at me and went back to help the next person with their order ignoring me. Then someone enters the restaurant who the worker was familiar with and this person stepped in front of me to pick up his order and got immediate service despite me still waiting to pick up my order. After he finished getting his order and chatting for a minute she asked if I was there to pick up an order, got my name, and told me to hold on. She then went right back to helping people with their food. Meanwhile another worker that was witness to all of this worker's poor service had already pulled my order out figuring it was mine and when she walked off he called my name and handed me my order. Took it home only to find I was provided with the wrong sauce and that the orange chicken I ordered which also reflected on the receipt that was tied into the order bag handle did not taste even close to what I ordered. There was not even any spice to it like there was supposed to be. Overall this will be the first and last time I ever eat at...

Arrived at 6pm on a Sunday the only items they had out not empty was fried rice and orange chicken. After asking how long it would be to have to other items cooked and told less than 10 min I decided to wait. While waiting 30 minutes for the entrees to be refilled, the young man serving food handled the bathroom key and cash and went back to serving food without washing his hands. They apologized for my wait due to being understaffed when I asked that someone else please box my food since he didn't wash his hands he dumped food he had put in a to go container back into the serving dish with other food to be served to someone else. I was in there for another 5 minutes the cook came out to apologize for the wait I explained to him I didn't mind waiting on fresh food, however serving food without washing hands after handling the bathroom key is unacceptable. The young man still had not gone to wash his hand was still serving people food. This place is in need of more staff and proper training!!! Very disappointed. I asked for the name of a manager or an office I could call tomorrow about this experience was told to look...

I love the food from Panda Express!!!! it's ten times better then ho-ho's or big Chow's which is the same exact food/restaurant just two different names. Sorry for name dropping but man I feel like I'm in a 3rd world country eating ho ho or big chow because the quality of the food is questionable not to say that it's old or unsanitary but I think they are using scrap instead of quality meat and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way although for the low price and the amount of food they pile on your plate, I think they could possibly be in business for some time.I can easily feed two people with one plate. But as I get older and wiser I feel more and more inclined to take quality over quantity so if given the choice to eat out somewhere or to get catoring I would say we having Panda Express!!!!! And I would feel good about making that choice because all of the food served there is great. The only thing that I believe you can improve on Panda, would be to lower your price a little bit plz or put a little extra food on the plate that's why I have 4 starts instead of 5. Thanks...
