Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese meal was cross cut fries. It took 20 minutes to get the meal and it was wrong there was no cheese on the sandwich I went in and told him they add a cheese to the sandwich had a made a sandwich without the rest of my order how to tell them then they handed me the order when I got home the fries were cold and there was only three fries in the whole box. I called and talk to the manager and the manager argued with me about it telling me that she didn’t give me a full order. I asked her if three fries with a full order and she said no. I told her that’s what I had and she continued to argue with me and told me to bring the order down. Why would I go back to a place where the management is arguing with me giving me the cold food giving me a wrong order in gypping me out of fries???? Wow if I could give them zero...

The staff at this Carls actively keeps the store and bathroom clean for customers. The superstar, double cheeseburger, and jalapeno double were top-notch.

My wife, daughter, and I were the only people in the store when 2 unhoused people came in to "hang out" and "weren't going to cause any trouble." They brought their bikes and luggage into the store to set up camp for the night. The lady behind the counter with braces that took our order politely asked them to leave if they weren't going to order. I respect the staff for their attempts to keep the dining room open for customers. Some restaurants have given up so they keep the dining room locked at all times to prevent vagrants from camping in...

We had to pull to the side to wait for our order. They handed the bag to another customer who proceeded to touch everything, see it was not theirs and hand it to the employee. While well meaning, the employee tried to hand us the bag... Which we of course refused, with everything going on can't be too safe. So they remade our order and gave it to us fresh. However, they then forgot one of the sandwiches. We had to get back in line and ask for the last sandwich. Which they ran out to us, but, was the wrong kind of sandwich. We gave up and headed home. Everyone was really nice and courteous though. And what food was correct was delicious....
