KFC — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I went to the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece combo, and the guy taking my order didn’t even ask me what drink or side I wanted. When I was telling him I wanted cole slaw he said “the side is mashed potatoes and gravy.” I said I wanted coleslaw, and to add another side of Mac and cheese. I had to pull teeth just for him to tell me what drinks they carry. He just said Pepsi at first and then I said “…and?” And then told me the other flavors. So I said I wanted root beer for my two meals. When I went up to pay, they handed me a Mt. Dew and a Root beer. I had to correct them and even on the receipt there was no Mt. Dew. It said Pepsi and Root beer, SIGH. So I HAD to double check the order when it was given to me. There was no Mac and cheese. They told me I didn’t order it, and indeed I did. So after arguing with them, they hand me the smaller side of Mac n cheese, with ZERO apology. They didn’t even ask if i wanted ketchup or any dressings, but after all of that I wasn’t expecting them to do the bare minimum. I used to like coming to this KFC/Taco bell, but I really don’t ever want to go to it ever again if these people are gonna be in charge...

My family and I went through the drive through today, Monday March 2023. We ordered the $20 meal. I ordered and I hadn’t even gotten to the drive thru window when the cashier already had the food outside the window. Not even 5 seconds and it was prepared. I got my food and paid for it. When I arrived home I noticed the mashed potatoes weren’t mixed right. The chicken was old. It was hard and super chewy and cold. The biscuits were so old and hard as well. When we bit it, it was like biting a rock that fell apart. Like how old bread turns. I called and the manager was very rude. When I explained she said that I was lying and they don’t give out cold mashed potatoes cause they are warmed with a warmer and that if my chicken hasn’t been touched I can take it back they’ll give me new food. I explained we had already eaten some and that’s how we knew it was old. She stated in a rude tone that she can’t do anything if we already ate some. DONT EAT HERE! ITS DISGUSTING! OLD AND HORRIBLE...

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I won't the spend a lot of words on the wait time or the incorrect order I received in the drive thru, because the young man was so pleasant and even came over and apologized for my order being wrong once he saw me in the dining room. Kudos to him, they need 10 more just like him! Now, I watched the "person" packaging the food grab a decorative pole with her gloved hand. I very politely asked her to change them and she lost her mind! After it became clear she would be changing her gloves before handing my food, I had to ask a different employee to see the manager because she refused. While speaking to the "manager" said employee would not stop addressing me to the point of harassing me. This went on until another guest intervened to tell the "manager" that allowing her employee to address me so in front of her was "shameful on her behalf". I agree. And will NEVER return to this location and...
