Ordered 2 pizza's for delivery called to speak to manager my call was directed to the person in charge manger wasn't there I asked this woman her name she wouldn't give me her name unless I told her what the call was in reference to I only asked so when I talk to manager I can let the manager know who I talked to anyway my pizza' are bad quality crust is soggy and toppings fall off the person was offended hung up on me several times kept answering hello not answering Papa Johns Pizza may I help You hung up every time I tried to complain told me she didn't need this meaning my being upset because the pizza is bad quality and hanging up a one time she said there are 3 solutions but never called through hung up on me and refused to answer phone for me I called 4 additional times for a solution I received hang ups and there after no answer extremely disappointed Management used poor judgement leaving this female employee in charge My business will be with pizza 9 from now on its really worth the long wait times I guess its because the pizza and customer service is excellent very well worth the wait my bad also your drivers always are greatful for the generous tip they receive their words not mine The person in charge tonight in my opinion YOU SUCK in problem solving You didn't identify yourself that's why I asked your name and if you are the manager and refused to give that info unless I told you what my call was in reference to YOU ARE NOT MANAGEMENT WORTHY No solution to the nasty pizza either wondering if it's worth calling store manager tomorrow not sure what it's worth I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT ANY PAPA JOHNS ANYWHERE I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER...

Very rude I called just now to ask why my dad couldn’t have a remake in his pizza and my dads an elderly person mind you this is an elderly man so sometimes he doesn’t realize what’s going on my dad on accident added anchovies on the pizza and he only meant to add pepperonis on the pizza and I called and asked if they would remake the pizza and theirs LITTERALLY no other toppings on this pizza but yet the manager claims their pepperonis on it and theirs not she just bickered back and forth with me on the phone instead of being understanding cause I mean who wants anchovies on their pizza??? Definitely not an elderly man but anyways if you hate your job or just don’t wanna be polite just say that and we’ve had problems with them before bringing us the wrong order so definitely will not be back and to that manager if you don’t like your job it’s time to get a new one cause usually people who are managers understand not be rude to an elderly person and make them cry definitely a 1 star review. we ordered a pizza with no meat and found a piece of ham in our pizza. we called them and they gave us a credit for free pizza which is great but then they say they can’t give us a guarantee that there won’t be any meat on our MEATLESS PIZZA. i understand mistakes happen but they already know we’ve had a problem w the meat and that we strictly can’t have meat and they still refuse to just check one more time and make sure there’s no meat. we cannot eat meat because of religious purposes and so we made sure to tell them we can’t have meat. also this is totally not okay for people w severe allergies ! they can’t “guarantee” that they won’t put meat on the pizza even tho we made it clear to them we can’t have meat at all. this would’ve been a much worse situation for people w severe allergies. all i have to say is that you have allergies, DONT EAT HERE. all we want them to do is make sure they get the order right. is that too much to ask for?! won’t be eating here ever again. also there cheese pizza...
