First off the manager Erika is rude. Not only to us but they way we observed her behavior towards the employee taking out order also. Just on a tone of disrespect. The reason there was an issue in the first place is because after we already paid for the order ($23.34) I decided to get another drink for the 4 of us. When I paid for the drink the card machine on my side said that the card was approved. The manager rudely said it was declined. She then asked if I already used that card to pay and I responded yes and she said "oh that's why". She said she would have to do it again but when I checked my account the charge went through just like the machine said. I let her know and she still insisted that it didnt go through. Afterwards she kept saying that that's how the machines work even though I go to taco bell frequently and that has never happened before. I requested the GMs number and she barked that out rude as well. Not surprised. Her demeanor just seemed rude before we even talked to her. The order kept coming back wrong this is happening simultaneously. We ended up getting the gm details and I have to call my bank now. We got the entire order refunded and decided to not even stay and eat here at that point. Left with my family hungry and my wife and I upset. I hope that they find someone that can bring happiness and lighten the entire atmosphere here because I won't ever come back to this location and am considering not coming to Taco Bell period. We are vegan and they offer a decent menu around that. Avoid this location if you can or go somewhere else to avoid a disrespectful, rude and terrible service. I ordered breakfast for my kids through their website. When we got there, they said on the speaker that they don't serve breakfast and asked me to pull up to the window. At the window they repeated that they don't serve breakfast, so I asked for a refund on the order that I had already placed and paid for. I was told to check the app for a phone number. They refused to provide me with a phone number to request a refund. When asked if I needed anything else, I said I would wait in the drive through line while I called about a refund, in case customer service needed any of their info. The lady, named Erika, said that was fine and slammed the drive through window.
I downloaded the app and couldn't find a phone number, so I called the number that I found on google and waited in the drive through lane while I called. The lady, named Erika, opened the window and started tapping my rear view mirror and then when I wouldn't open it, she started tapping my window with a metal pole, which left scratches on my window. Then, the customer service rep. wanted to know if Erika was an employee or a manager, so I rolled my window down to ask. She refused to answer and said she was going to call to the cops. I gladly parked in a parking spot to finish the call.

She asked if they could remake them and the woman alexis started treating her horribly. After my wife lost trust in them since every employee was looking out the window at her she asked them to no longer make them and for a refund. The woman alexis asked for the incorrect food back and checked it as if my wife would have taken anything from it. We started the week out with our house almost burning down and my family being displaced since Monday, this was the last thing we wanted while just picking up food since our food at home was destroyed. That woman alexis should be employed as a custodian. Would love to see this restaurant close as it has gotten so horrible, I personally have not gone to this dumpster fire since 2021 and will continue to avoid this place.
