Twisters Burgers and Burritos — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Horrible customer service!!!! I Ordered an XL shredded beef twister burrito Which usually comes with 2 burritos smothered with fries and chili. Well I only received one burrito which was more like a half burrito and a ton of fries. Called this location to notify manager. He asked we bring it back in. So my husband drove back to this location and the manager told him he would put another burrito in box that was already made. He asked the manager to remake order because by then 40-45 Minutes have passed and the food is cold the manager refused to remake order. I have always been a big fan of twisters and go there very regularly but after the service I received I will never return to this location and will probably never go to twisters again. Mistakes happen but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. Absolutely terrible customer service I come in here all the time I came in here two days ago and ordered a burrito with salsa and whenever I got home, it didn’t have any salsa so I came today and all I asked for was for them to add the salsa and I will pay for a normal burrito and they are telling me no that I need to come back for a manager making this big O seeing a situation telling me they can’t help me out saying I don’t have any money the ladies laughing at me while they’re speaking in Spanish. This is terrible like how hard is it to give a customer a $.90 salsa that you didn’t give him the last time? I really don’t understand. But if I’m seeing this, clearly you want me to inconvenience myself for a third time after coming back a second time for an item I paid for the first time which is just salsa mind you. I have always loved this restaurant but in the past two weeks, I have noticed that the staff here has been slacking. Today I have waited over 20 minutes for my food, I didn't say anything until I saw they were giving the people who ordered after me their food when I was there before them. To me this was uncalled for. In fact they didn't give me my burrito until I demanded my money back. They gave me a burrito that was someone else's because That person had ordered coffee. It was terrible there. I have heard of people driving through the drive through and leaving because they were taking so long and not serving the customers. A lady there kept telling people that she should be the manager, but I disagree. I don't think I will ever go back there. I have waited more than 10 minutes in the drive through, but this time I went in and waited twice as long. I normally don't complain, but to me there was no excuse for this experience.
