The manager was very rude and the order was wrong.... when in fact she was wrong. She proceeded to tell me on 3 times that order was correct.
When she brought to my car I questioned it and she twice told me it was correct. I got home and the double cheeseburger was not a double ....only a single. I also requested no sauce or lettuce but it had both.
Both the order on the app agreed with the receipt. The problem was the product in the bag did not agree with either of the above.....so I had to drive all the way back to get it corrected when she again told me the order was correct. I asked to her to look at the item herself and showed her the app receipt and the bag receipt that they agreed but the product was wrong. Before even looking at the item she again contradicted me and said the order was right.
Then a-ha..... she finally looked at the item. So much for a sincere apology or try to make it right.
Stay away from this location. I'm not confident the kitchen can even cook the product correctly so the food is SAFE..
Mostly I just don't go backwhen I have a bad experience as it's less stressful..... but the attitude...

Two Cali classics and a big Carl, they BOTH are supposed to have TWO Pattie’s. All four burgers only had ONE Pattie. This meal was for my younger siblings, so they didn’t know any better. By the time I realized all of the burgers only had one Pattie, 3 of them had been eaten. Oh yeah, make sure to ask for your receipt, cause if THEY mess up your order and fail to give you a receipt, they’ll cop an attitude when you ask them to correct the order. And about a week ago, two of my friends came here to order TWO cheeseburgers, not meals, just the sandwiches. Not only did they wait 20+ minutes, but the workers handed their order to another car. Read moreI talked my roommate into going back to this store after he didn't like the food on a visit a few months ago. He loved the Diablo Burrito and said the coffee tasted wonderful. Our server was great, cheerful, helpful and paid attention to details. So that was good. However, the person who prepared the food totally ignored the server when she said no pico for my burrito. I bit into it and got pico in the first bite. I can't do raw onions, so I had to take it back and get a new one. This was on Tues. Today is Wed. and I went back for breakfast before an appointment. Again, I specified no onion on my burger. The server repeated it back to me when I ordered and when she handed me my food, but there was onion on the burger. That is two days in a row the order was wrong on two different food items. So for great servers, I give 5 stars, but for inattention to the order details on the part of the cook, I give 2 stars.
