Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Used to be our Favorite. Lately it’s going down the drain. The young crew Seems more occupied with other things and providing good service. The last three times we have come my son only likes the California with just the chicken, the cheese and a bun. Because in the past, they have screwed it up I explained it like I was a teacher of a kindergarten class. I say California chicken cheese and a bun. And they’ll repeat no lettuce and tomatoes. And you wanna just start screaming it’s so frustrating. You’re like yes nothing and then they always Last but not least go no ranch then. It’s like yes no ranch just chicken cheese and a bun. The last three times we’ve gotten the sandwich and it’s just loaded full of ranch. And then when you say something they get ugly and rude with you. This time the woman said well do you want me to remake it. And then was pissed when I said well yes and I kept showing her the receipt And I’m like it says meet only. And I completely explained to you that I didn’t want ranch and then you still put it on there. And the sad part is when they remake it. It’s happens to us three times so I guess I’m the idiot from continuing to come here. They make the sandwich and out of spite they make it with less meat and really bad the last three times they’ve put half the meat and then half the cheese so I’m getting ripped off because $15 for one meal was pricey to begin with And then they do this. Sandwich true we probably will not be eating here...

My family regularly orders takeout from this Charleys location every couple of weeks. The food is consistently very good. However, tonight after shopping in the mall we attempted to order takeout at this location (in the mall food court). We were told by the cook that at 6:15pm it was too late to order because the location closes at 7pm. However, the cashier let my husband know that they were continuing to make sandwiches for online orders. We ordered our takeout online, which was ready within 15 minutes (still 20 minutes before the restaurant was due to close). When we picked up the order we were told by the cook that if we ever "did this again" our order would be refunded and not fulfilled. While this is a favorite spot for our children, we will not be returning to Charleys with such...

Normally, I absolutely love to come here to eat after shopping with my Significant other. He will go to get some Chinese and ill get the chicken Philly cheese steak sandwich... unfortunately tonight was an exception. We approached and didn't think anything of it at first. I also don't have my glasses on so from far distances I have issues with seeing. As we got closer in line my Fiancé noticed that NONE of the clerks at this restaurant wore masks. Not even the cooks! And being a person from the service industry, I know how very wrong this is... especially during a global pandemic.. but what would I know? 🤔 🙄 😒 normally I enjoy their food but unable to even order it because they have absolutely no safety nor health...
