I do not recommend this store, and definitely not the gentleman who works on the watches. The gentleman who they have the works on watches need some comprehensive training in sales, customer service, and on estimating the correct amount of time to get a task done.
I brought in a group of watches and I asked for a turnaround time. He thought I was rude because I asked how long this will take to do. He clearly told me tomorrow morning. Then less than two hours after I leave, I get a text message saying it’s going to take longer.
So either he was incompetent to understand how long it takes to each watch, either you never did the task before, so he estimated the time incorrectly, either he knew so he didnt know what he was doing, Or either he just lied to my face to get me in and out and told me what he thought I wanted to hear.
Then when I come back the next day, He interrupts his interaction with the customer. He is taking care of, to address me and call me rude and communicate his concerns while I’m talking to the other employee.
I have spent money at this location, and all I needed was a correct assessment so I would know how to rearrange my schedule To come and pick up my products. My perception is that I was clearly lied to just to get my service and get me in and out.
Not good customer service, and if that is the way, the customer service is conducted I don’t even know if I wanna leave my valuables here at all because now I don’t even trust the individual. I will definitely not be back to this location to leave them with my valuables when the customer service interaction is this bad.
The younger gentleman clearly needs some service training And some training to better estimate the task they need to be done. You have done this before you know the amount of time is going to take you to work, and you can clearly add a pad just to be sure. This business is not only business with a schedule. People have schedules and they need to rearrange things to accommodate the amount of time they have available.
Will not be recommending at all to anyone else in my networks, and I definitely will not be using them again. This is a missed opportunity for multiple customers and more transactions just because someone doesn’t know how to tell the truth, do their job properly, or communicate with customers correctly. Additionally, could’ve been poor management on his part or somebody’s part, but whatever the case is, it was a bad customer service experience to be leaving my valuables here.
There are plenty of other places you can go to to get your jewelry taken care of that provide you with great customer service.
And on top of that, he could not listen properly because I had to give him my phone number twice as he input it in the system incorrectly .
