At 11:43am on March 4th at 1000 Juan Tabo blvd NE, Albuquerque NM 87112. The name on the receipt is Arianna. Whoever the manager was on this day escalated a situation due to a bowl being made incorrectly. I explained to her that my bowl was incorrect and she started going off telling me how it was basically my fault and that’s what I ordered instead of having good customer service and saying I apologize we will get that fixed right away. I wouldn’t trust that manager that was on this shift with Arianna Not one bit because her actions could potentially cause someone to get hurt by her poor service and escalating things. I didn’t cuss at her nor did I call her a bad name but I am a guard who had a gun on my hip and she still talked to me crazy. Who knows I could have been the crazy one and all their lives could have been in danger, but I’m not. I highly recommend she loses her position because she does not know how to lead. She doesn’t have to lose her job completely but at least that management role because she does not know how to lead in a good way. That’s the first issue I have ever had going to that chipotle so I wouldn’t say don’t ever go there just be alert because they show that nowadays they just make manager if the position needs to be filled. the fact that this restaurant also has just as many one stars shows that they still can’t seem to get it together and they’re not going to fix this situation. They don’t value customer service or have any core values that’s currently being followed. I can understand if there’s a couple people complaining but when you have that many people with bad service that’s a problem and that’s only the people that’s reporting it. Imagine all the people who either lost a receipt or doesn’t have the time to fill out a review this location is all new staffing and training And manager need to be replaced with someone who has good customer service skills and experience and not just someone to fill...
Read moreI picked up my online order through the thru and had ordered a steak bowl. Went to eat and there was no steak. Drove all the way back and they gave me a little container of steak to add to the bowl which is fine with me (it was the proper size of 4 oz, which only equated to about 10 total pieces of steak which is way less than you would normally get if its not shoved into a little togo container for salsa, I recommend being more consistent with portion sizes, this doesn't bother me however other people may throw a massive fit about it if the portions aren't always the same) but I feel like an "I'm sorry about that" or an apology would have made this experience a little bit better? I have had other issues with this specific Chipotle location in the past that were pretty minor but just super inconvenient (staff says theres utensils in the sealed togo bag, ends up being no utensils, missing items from togo order like missing sour cream in the bowl, missing cheese, etc.). I know it was an honest mistake and this location is fairly new so I am not going to say "never ever eat here," at least the staff is friendly. I'm more upset that I had to drive all the way back and didn't really get an apology. I can excuse missing cheese, sour cream, but the steak bowl alone with guacamole is almost $14 on its own, I would hope the most expensive items in the bowl are in there before sealing it and giving it to the customer through the drive thru (especially because we don't get to see what's going into it if its an online order). If the staff would just do a double take for online orders before packaging them and make sure everything is in the bag (correct order, utensils, napkins, etc.) then this location will be running like the others. Also want to say I have never had issues when ordering in the store, I think its just the online orders need a little...
Read moreMy most recent chipotle experience at this location was just a burrito bowl of disappointment. My husband and I bought some last night through the pickup service. I could already tell by the bowls’ weight and how the tin foil caved inwards that this order was different. As we opened our food we noticed that both of our bowls weren’t completely filled up. We both had nothing on one end of our bowl, the food comically just ended in a straight line. I also ordered corn in mine but there wasn’t any, and our rice was weirdly hard— not sure if it was undercooked or just old. This was also our second time getting extra protein and to compare it to the first time we did, we noticeably got the standard amount of protein if not less even though we paid an extra $11 for it (the extra protein we chose was $5.50 each). I’m pretty sure this only happened because we did pickup and employees aren’t being watched when they make the order so they don’t care to make it good. This rubs me the wrong way not only because it was consistent, blatant carelessness towards making our order but because obviously not all the employees behave this way. Our last experience at this same location was satisfactory with the same order. The bowls were considerably filled up, no missing ingredient, regular rice, and extra protein. Just doesn’t seem fair that some employees show more care towards aspects of their job but will get paid the same as those who don’t. Please do better to that one employee or employees who made our food because that was one heck of a burrito bowl of...
