Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Bro I’m going to sound like a Karen/White Knight lmao but I was at the Juan Tabo location in Albuquerque, NM and around 9:30pm Thursday 7/20 and while the guy at the drive thru (curly hair) and the girl (lighter hair with maybe blonde streaks?) who took my order were nice, this other girl (brown hair) who was making the drinks was so rude to her coworker - the drive thru cashier. I don’t normally write reviews but this girl was super rude to him and even though she was trying to tell him a corrective action (telling him to charge me for an item - which I was okay with I don’t mind paying he was being cool and maybe he was new(er) but it’s okay if your policy is to charge I don’t care; I wouldn’t have ordered if I can’t pay) but the way she commanded him to do so was so rude. Maybe she has tonality issues and I don’t know her whole personality but with your job you should keep it to good customer service even when it comes to your coworkers. Please train your employees to have good customer service but also good peer interaction. She had darker hair, brown but I didn’t catch the rest of her appearance so my best description was time and her duty for that time/day. Went there early this morning, girl comes out to drive thru, with no iPad to take orders on.. Asks what we want, we name off 5 drinks. As we finish telling her the last drink, she goes hold on I didn’t get half of that order.. I need you to start over.. as we start again, she ends up giving up and telling us to pull up to the window.. You guys have iPads for orders for a reason or they make such a thing as pen and paper!! Then we get to the window they start handing the drinks, 2 of the 5 weren’t correct, no straws, had to ask for a drink carrier cause the guy at went just started handing them over.. We live in Oregon and LOVE our Dutch bros!! But the service and customer service here was horrible!! No hellos, no smiles, which is Dutch bros like trade mark is their customer service.. These employees need a class on customer service!! not try to take orders by memory specially when they can’t remember it and make you repeat the orders multiple times, and use the tools they have available to make orders correctly!!!
