This meal was very disappointing. We ordered take out and when I entered the building there was a weird burnt smell. The casher handed me to bags and read my order back to me. The put a sticker on the bags to seal the order for I did not check to make sure all the food was there. When I drove my 15 minutes home, we found out that they did not pack my biscuits and gravy (the order was a biscuits an gravy breakfast.) I ordered the pancakes, which was extra with the hog omelet and they were missing as well. The beer battered zucchini was fine but the ranch was flavorless. The hash browns on both breakfasts were also flavorless and needed salt and pepper or some thing! This was 60.00 dollar meal and to find out that food, tat I spend extra on, was missing makes me so mad. This was far from my home and it is a long drive and not worth going back but I will NEVER eat there again! This was the second time we ate there The first time was dine in and the service was ok. It was a Sunday and the were busy. They did not fill our water and they forgot our pancakes for the breakfasts AGAIN. If you still choose to go there, make sure you check you food before you leave They are carless with...

I

I'm editing this because I won't be gaslit by some restaurant owners. I would not make this up and I'm not overreacting. The food was literally inedible and your employees sent it out that way. Own up to it. :::::::::::::::::: I'm laying in bed sick and wanted comfort food.. ended up getting the worst food ever today. My over medium eggs were way more than medium. They were hard and cold. My corned beef hash was put into styrofoam way too quick after coming off the griddle so that was all melted together and I am NOT eating melted styrofoam. The sausage links felt and ate like they were under a heat lamp since last night. It was like a hard cure beef stick, the casing and meat were so tough. The pancakes! I said after all that 'at least I have pancakes. Can't go wrong with pancakes' NOPE! those were terrible too. Bland and so tough that I would presume they are stale. I do not blame any of this on doordash because my order showed up within 35 minutes of ordering. Some of this stuff was obviously sitting there long before I ordered. And some of it is just plain out bad cooking. And now I'm still hungry, sick in bed. Will not be ordering from...

Just tried out the breakfast burrito. I am usually not up early enough to catch the special before 8:30. My husband had been telling me it was 4 bucks before then. And they actually got it right! Now I know it seems trivial.. But for some reason many places out here don't give the right ratio of ingredients (not enough cheese or hash browns) or they mess the bacon up (it's burnt or tastes old and reheated) OR it weighs 6 oz and they wanna overcharge. But this place I assure you made everything perfect! A good sized burrito. I could tell when I grabbed the bag by the weight of it! Seemed like there might of been two in it. But low and behold the green chili on the side was a considerable amount. AND, it tasted amazing! So if you are a greenchili lover, no need to ask for extras they already accommodate. I was very pleased with the taste the amount of food that was given and the price. As someone who is Californian and had access to at least 50 different places all with great breakfast burritos, I can definitely assure you that Copper Canyon Cafe has the best breakfast burritos in...

Went here for lunch with some family and friends. Took a while to get seated and it didn’t seam very busy. The waitress was attentive but not super friendly. It was good! Not great but definitely good. I would recommend their Green Chile over their Red Chile. I had the Veggie Skillet with Chicken and I really enjoyed it, so just wish the Red Chile was more flavorful. My mom had the Bowl of Chile and it was decent. My Grandfather had the Chimichanga and it was impressive! Huge portions so you won’t leave hungry! I recommend trying it and may go again someday!

Visiting for a day and went here for breakfast, let me tell yall they did not disappoint. This was the best breakfast Cafe we have been to. The food was hot and good proportions. It's been a few hours and we're still full. The Santa fe skillet my wife had was so delicious and my chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was awesome and made us feel at home. The green chili and chili sauces were both phenomenal. Next time we're in town this is the only place we will go for breakfast! Wish we had the servers name so we could shout him out!

I came in for a skillet and was surely tempted by the early bird burrito special, but I ended up getting the biscuit and gravy and I couldn't be happier. The biscuit and gravy was fairly standard with the plate brimming with gravy, but what really set it apart was the homemade sausage patty that made it look like a full-sized hamburger was missing its meat. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the meal was very filling for a good price. The service was fast and friendly and I hope to be back soon to try the rest of the breakfast menu.
