I placed a mobile so I can go through the drive thru the short guy at the window was fine the first drink then it came to the second drink he said to park in the front and my friend told him that's why I placed a mobile order so that I didn't have to wait and that's when he demanded me to park. So he walked away and I could see his rude hand gestures and then another bigger guy with a hat came for intimidation or something and again my friend explained to him again the whole reason of placing a mobile order was so I don't have to wait my friend wasn't being rude or anything and then the guy demanded me to park in the front and said again whats the whole point of a mobile order if i have to wait my friend said that's ok I'll wait here and the worker said then you won't get your drink and I'll refund you and I said your not my give me my drink because I won't pull around and he said yes. That's when I heard the 1st guy that helped us say don't waist your time on making the drink. And my friend asked him you're not going let up are you and the worker said no im not and said im not giving you your refund. I got the impression that they hadn't even started my drink yet, mind you from the time placed the mobile to the time I got to the window it had been almost 10 min. I can not believe that there are employees working at starbucks which have such an awful attitude towards their customers. It should be posted that you must park in front if drinks aren't ready in time, instead of having employees demanding customers to park. This happened at 9am I had to go to work that's the whole reason why I placed a mobile order so I didn't have to wait. I never got a refund for my drink that I paid for and never received I never felt so undermined and disrespected before and to top it off my friends drink tasted weird like spoiled milk. I will never forget this...

I ordered 3 fraps since I saw there was a 1/2 off all fraps coupon that I found on RetailMeNot app but it didn't state that it was only for gold card members. (Not sure if this is the fault of Starbucks or RetailMeNot.) But upon paying, the server told me it was only for gold card members and when I showed him my coupon on my phone that did not specify the gold card members part, he gave a blank stare and did not respond, but instead just stared and refused to respond to what I was saying. I gave no comment, gave him my card and he gave me a hot drink that was not part of my order. All of my 3 drinks were fraps. Then instead of taking ownership of a mistake, began to act childish and began his sentence with, "well you said..." as if wanting to create a conflict rather than solving it. Then rudely told me to go to the front of the store to pick up my drink. Oh and he also said that all of the signs in the store said "Half off Fraps with Gold Card Members" inside the store. That was not true. As I walked inside, no signs whatsoever said anything advertising the 1/2 off fraps or Gold Cards. Most unpleasant visit to Starbucks. Hopefully they chose their team members more carefully and eliminate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAaron is the perfect employee and 10 outta 10 deserves a raise i have never in my life met such a caring and compassionate individual I was having one of the hardest days of my life I was going through a loss and it was horrible but I was trying my best to survive the day and I broke down in the drive thru and he heard me out he was there for me and honestly it was the first time in a long time I felt like it was okay to let it all out and just cry and he didnt judge me he didnt downplay what was happening and he let me tell him about what was going on instead of just shutting me down and being like suck it up like most people would the world needs more people like him and honestly the kindness and care that was showed that day helped me alot more than anything and to check on me the next time I came by yall need to give this man a raise and promotion all of it because you don't find people like that...
