I do not like making negative reviews because people make mistakes and I understand that. However, after my interaction today, I feel compelled to do so. I wrote the office about this before posting anything and did get a call back. My complaint was that there were no beans in my burrito and the 2 sides of ranch I paid ($1.25 each) for were only half full. The call back I got was from a woman who claimed that none of the burritos come with beans and that the cooks probably didn't prep the sauces correctly because they have so many sauces to prep. Okay.
I put in my email that I had ordered from Doordash as I am unable to leave the house. So when I was told that there were no burritos that came with beans, I pulled up my order which clearly said it came with beans which I let her know.
If it has been a simple "Oh I'm sorry. I'll look into it." I would have had no problem. But she continued to tell me I was wrong. That is unacceptable. The woman on the phone said I could send pictures to her phone and she would pass them on to a different office. I have done that and checked with her but I have not heard anything back. So I will post my pictures here. One is from Doordash and the other is from their own website for Order Online which is, not surprisingly, also through DD. There are even beans in the picture.

Read moreWent to the drive through this evening. Waited for 15 minutes to order. 1 car ahead of me. Waited another 10 minutes to pay. 2 cars behind me. Paid at 742pm asked to pull aside. All 3 of the cars received their meals we still waited. Wanted to try their food. Finally at 810pm they came out and delivered another bag of food to a car waiting and asked for our order. They hadn't started making it and it appeared since i had to tell them what we had ordered that they lost the order. I went inside for a refund confirmed that they had not even started making it. Asked if it normally took this long for food, No was the only response. No apologies, explanation or attempt to even communicate. A customer apologized for my wait, not the manager or clerks. Horrible service. Will never return. My son and I waited over an hour to try their food and left with a bad experience...
Read moreI put in an online order. When I went to pick it up, I called the number on the curbside sign and nobody answered. I called like 6 times over 15 minutes and never got an answer. I went to the lobby to try to pick up inside, the door is locked. So I pull into the drive through one and wait about 15 more minutes before I get to someone. First they tried to give me someone else’s order and acted annoyed when I told them this isn’t what I ordered. They asked me to pull around the building an wait so I did. Another car pulled up about 10 minutes later, they brought his food out and gave it to him. Im still currently waiting as I write this. Almost an hour after my food was supposed to be ready.
