Tantrum Barbecue — Restaurant in Albuquerque

My husband and I had the pleasure of eating Tantrum's bbq at Marble, and all we can say is WOW WOW WOW!!! My husband is from Austin, and very picky with his bbq as a result. We've been on a mission to find the best barbecue in Albuquerque, and after what feels like a million bbq meals at every food truck and barbecue restaurant in town, we've finally found one that lives up to the hype, and it's Tantrum. Probably the best BBQ in town! Brisket with Tantrum sauce, green chile mac and a few of pork belly bites is my go-to! But you can't go wrong with the brisket nachos either. They had been setting up shop at Marble in the heights but it looks like they are taking a break for the time being. I have it on good authority that they plan to do the occasional pop up in the future, but I'm not sure where yet. Regardless, I'll go anywhere these guys...

Had Tantrum at Boxing Bear Brewery. The gentleman running the truck came to the table with samples of brisket and I was sold! I was hesitant because usually nothing compares to my husbands BBQ.
