I sent my friend to buy me a medium chef salad and he got a 10 inch pastrami....he didnt knew the prices so he paid 41.95 dollars he handed 50 bucks and tipped the change.. we were talking about how bland was the pastrami and the poor quality of the salad and expensive cost...i told him no,actually is cheap then he told me how much did he spent and we checked the bill that was given to him just realizing that they charge a diferent order so he went back with our food (we didnt finished )he asked for the manager and told her the situation so he wanted his exra 20 back they can keep 30 for the salad and the sub even with tips.....but still remains 20 bucks she said she cant give his money back cause the bill he got was an order online and somebody else paid for it too..........so you took somebody elses money and my friends money and you made a profit ....right lady so you charged twice same order??? Read moreThe food itself was excellent. We had sandwiches, pizza and salads. 3 stars was not because of the food. Whoever took our order over the phone got the order wrong. One of the salads we ordered wasn't even on the ticket so after waiting in a long line at drive thru we still had to walk in and wait in line again to order the missing salad. Then we specifically told them that we were placing 2 separate orders because they were going to different houses and so to charge and bag the orders separately. They charged separately but bagged everything together which was a pain to separate in the car with such large orders. Staff was friendly but wouldn't separate the order since they were super busy. Disappointed in service but not the food. Be cautious and check your orders carefully at this store especially if it a super large order like ours or you may get home and be disappointed. And the request for separate bagging was some food was being dropped off for someone in quarantine so the lack of following that instruction left us having to leave a bunch of unbagged items laying at the door that were not...
Read moreIt's my neighborhood location, and I've tried them 4 times in 6 months. Each time there has been an issue of some sort. Most of the issues in the past had been involving their online ordering process. My orders were processed on my end but they claim to not have received them so I had to wait upon arrival for the pizza to be made rather than ready for pickup. One time the order was done wrongly. Today's issue was a lesser one, but had to do with the ranch dressing cups being extremely dirty. I asked for clean ones and got an unfriendly reaction and facial expression from the employee. Considering most of the employees are young, probably high school and college aged, it's no surprise that the sincerity I'd appreciate just isn't there. This employee was bothered by my interest in having new, non dirty ranch containers, which I ordered and paid for btw. She wanted me to just wipe whatever brown stuff was on them off myself and deal with it. No. The pizza tends to be undercooked each time. I think a few adjustments could be made to improve the overall experience...
