It’s is the old El Sarape. The food was excellent! The salsas (verde and rojo) and the red chile were outstanding. Very definitely authentic Mexican (not New Mexican)! We miss El Sarape’s, but this is a great replacement! Only 2 complaints - 1) the service was a little slow, and 2) the music was too loud. But we will be back!
Update: ate there a second time this week. Had the Octopus Tacos…WOW. Outstanding!!! The music wasn’t as loud this visit, and service was still a little slow, but not a big deal.

Read moreGood music the only thing I'm really upset about is the fact I came with a group and the waitress only made sure one person was okay in the group I got a margarita and she didn't put any alcohol in it just taste like club soda, didn't take it back I asked for a shot and didn't get it at all my food came out not good didn't offer me any forks or knifes I'm soo annoyed by it she only cared for one person the whole group, lai whatever that waitress name is was the most awful waitress I ever had, I will never beck here again one other person didn't even get their food till we were leaving. They weren't busy at all so I'm not understanding why the service was so shitty ....

Shrimp Ceviche big portion and they don't skimp on the shrimp. $5.00 Frozen Margarita for Cinco De Mayo... NO COMPLAINTS.. Cute Atmosphere but dated. Here is where the problem lies.. Service was Manana.. SLOW.. BUT friendly. For as Few people there we had to go ask for silverware, Go ask for our check, as they chatted at the register. A little more attention and they would have had 5 stars. We are going back for the FOOD, We just won't be in a hurry .. I still recommend it!!!! Just bring...
