UPDATE REVIEW - JUNE, 2022 The iced matcha latte is still pretty tasty in addition to being a healthy option. The donuts are good also. I got both today, on the way back from a frustrating trip. I would say that if you stick to one of their good beverages and the donuts they are known for, you'll be happy with them. They're pretty friendly also, which is a bonus. I would stay away from the cooked food, though It isn't their specialty and, as I mentioned previously, they don't do very well with it. They have raised their prices really high recently. That is happening in a lot of places, though, so I won't hold it against them. If you stick to the donuts and the drinkables, you'll be pleased.
UPDATED REVIEW - NOVEMBER, 2021: I was REALLY hoping that this restaurant had resurrected itself. You know, people come and go, with varying results. I hate damning a place with a one-star review if it makes an effort to improve. Instead, this location has become even WORSE than the last time when I gave it one-star.
TODAY: I went over there during PEAK PEAK donut time, expecting the food to be hot, at the very least. 11:30 Sunday morning should find fresh food being dispensed, but no.
INSTEAD: the BACON "SNACK" was a generous pile of little bits and blobs, but barely warm. Obviously, it had been sitting around for a while.
The "HASH BROWNS" were REVOLTING, barely held-together blobs of grease that fell apart as soon as I touched them because they are cooking their food at much lower temperatures than is required to crisp a "hash brown." They were absolutely INEDIBLE and probably would have made me sick, since ingesting that much grease is really not good for you, if I had eaten them, which would have required a SPOON, since they had disintegrated.
Sadly, the DONUTS were also awful. At least, the one I ate tasted as if it was stale, and the "icing" was barely perceptible. Someone has either watered it down or they're just badly trained or they're too lazy to get it right.
CLEANLINESS is obviously an issue at this location. The drive-up window is plastered with carelessly taped signs that have curled in the sun, on a window that is caked with greasy fingerprints. The remnants of previous signs and stickers remain glued to the surface. It really looks like hell.
When this place first opened, it held real promise. It was whistle clean and the food was GOOD. Not great, but good. Alas, it did not last long. So sad.
The Dunkin company needs to come out and review the condition of this store because this franchise is running down their brand.
PREVIOUS REVIEW - FROM ABOUT MAY OF 2021: Today when I ordered a snacking bacon, I got it home just a couple blocks away to find a sopping wet mass of limp, cool, fatty, greasy bacon that tasted like spicy TOBACCO, which was REALLY WEIRD. I took one nibble to see if it tasted as bad as it looked and, indeed, it did. I had to throw it away, which makes me really upset because I have a very low income and I don't get out much any more. It's a shame to waste good money on bad food.
I had a feeling that something was "up" today when the surly girl at the window didn't thank me or smile when I tipped her. She wasn't wearing a mask, either. It's a bit early in the pandemic to be going without a mask when you're serving food, isn't it? (I still wear a mask when I go through a drive-thru - for the sake of the person at the window.)
I didn't bother calling them because it isn't worth the effort to get in the car and go back there.
The iced matcha latte was decent, but I can make my own in future.
I SO MUCH want to write a glowing review for a local drivethru, but very few of them in my neighborhood warrant it. Evidently, I need to go further afield. It's...
Read moreI was in using the drive up window they didn’t have flavored coffee they didn’t have specific donuts this is Dunkin’ Donuts right they sell donuts and coffee don’t waste your time at this location find another. This location has not worked up to its optimal because they keep putting 12 year olds as managers Israel is the 12 year old manager I had to deal with today and then he contacted his general manager who must’ve been 11 years old so here I sit no coffee no donuts. I waited in the drive-up line for 20 minutes got up to order they took my order got up to the window mind you waiting in the same line total about 30 minutes in the line then they told me they didn’t have what I ordered at the window 30 minutes wasted time
Dearest Katherine again I was not told at menu board that what I ordered coffee and donut were not available. You need to read all the reviews and then look at the situation. I’m not alone in this like complaint. You just go ahead a keep a blind eye turned to the greater problem. I waited 15 minutes to place my order and then 20 minutes to get to the window when I was told.what I had ordered wasn’t available. So I stayed parked at the window for 20 minutes as I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. I was having a great day thanks for asking. The manager Israel said they ran out of donuts and coffee flavoring because they can only prepare certain quantities. This was in the morning hours now come on give me a break. You can be sure I won’t be back to your sorry excuse for a donut and coffee shop…EVER!!.
I have been to this location times since opening. All 3 times there was a long wait and issues with my order. For Halloween advertised was pumpkin flavored coffee and donuts. Guess what NOT AVAILABLE. Correct me if I’m wrong. If it’s on the menu then it should...
Read moreWaited in drive through for a very long amount of time , thought the speaker might be broken ? Was looking at windows to make sure never have waited so long at a speaker I was worried I was holding up line . I drove up to the windows and the lady very rushed opens the windows and yells do you have an online order and I just explained that I don’t mind waiting just I thought there was something wrong with the speakers. The lady was very frantic very rude and yelled that the speakers were working fine then rudely walks away . MANAGER comes to window and tells me I need to go to back of line after explaining the same thing to her . I had already been in line for 10 minutes . I came back inside and there’s no one inside ! The manager wanted to fight with me that I lied about speakers not working . Regardless I didn’t hear them it didn’t have to be a big deal I would have still continued to wait being mindful there’s other customers but was yelled at in drive thru and then argued with In store . I was livid ! Once I figure out how to report this formally I will . No one wants to start there day off being yelled at trying to get a...
