Keva Juice — Restaurant in Albuquerque

We frequent this location as it is a quick lunch for after the gym. There is one employee we love who is prompt and always gets it right though we’ve never gotten her name. However other employees are slower and pay less attention to modification requests. Our most recent visit however, is what has prompted this review, as Richard the manager was extremely unprofessional. The limit for number of people in the store is 4. There were 2 inside when we arrived (three of us) and 2 of our group went in as I stood at the door to look at the menu through the open front door. We all had masks on and as I was reading the menu, Richard rose his voice and yelled that only 4 customers were allowed at once. I asked then if it was okay that since I was not inside, that I just look at the menu and he yelled again to get out. I stood outside and let the other 2 of our party go in and order while I waited. One of the 2 that went in told him not to be rude and asked for his name. He declined to answer and simply said he could refuse service. Once they ordered they switched places and allowed me to go in and I got his name from a reluctant employee seemingly afraid to give me his name. Once I went in he did not acknowledge me or explain himself and retreated to the back for the duration of our visit. We are extremely upset as we go in about 3x a week and have certainly seen this 4-person limit exceeded with no such encounter as we had today. I don’t appreciate “rules” that only apply when it...

Ok I felt bad for the guy who was working there when we went, it was a Saturday afternoon and pretty busy and he was all by himself. So that’s just bad management to schedule someone like that. But my husband and I were very polite and patient and this guy had a bad attitude with us since we walked in. I felt unwelcome right away and anxious to get out. He also did not rinse the blender lids and as a food worker that is not sanitary. My drink that I get every single time tasted somewhat sour and we saw him accidentally throw strawberries into my husbands oreo speedwagon. He didn’t realize we saw this and blended it all in anyways and still gave it us. I had the WORST time here! I went into the store for the first time and I got Mello Mango! Then I walk out and DRINK IT and it was WORSE than Jamba Juice (the best smoothies). Then I realized, the drink wasn't that good! And then it was a chunky fruit drink! Then I go into the car and drink all of it because I was THIRSTY. then I spilled it on my backpack and PANTS! luckily my backpack was okay (I asked it if it was drowning) BUT my PANTS weren't FINE! Then I cleaned it up with baby wipes. THEN I POKED A HOLE THROUGH THE CUP AND SPILLED THE REMAINING JUICE ON MY PANNNNNTTTS! then I write this review BUT then The CUP lunges AT ME AND THE LID BREAKS AND NOW IM PART KEVA JUICE NOW! it's a good Juice but not better than Jamba!
