Last year I took 10 pieces of fine jewelry to consign at the westside store. One piece was a sterling silver necklace adorned with lapis, coral and turquoise worth approximately $450-500. When I checked my account online several days later, I could not find a listing and description of this necklace. I spoke to the manager at the store both in person and by telephone, but she was not able to tell me what happened to the necklace. After investigation, I found out the sterling silver necklace with lapis, coral and turquoise had been "sold" for $30.00, way, way under its value. It was described on my online account as "Metals Necklace/Re/grn/b, which is why I could not locate it. I voiced my displeasure to the manager and requested several times that the owner call me. I did not receive a call. I also sent a certified letter to the owner and never received a response. I am disappointed the owner did not give me the courtesy of a response; therefore, I will NEVER, ever do business with this company in the future. I feel they took...
