I can't say enough good things about this place. What keeps me coming back, though, is the exceptional quality of their boba. I came here with my fellow cast of the Dance Spooktakular after our 2nd show which was at the Bosque school. I ordered ahead with Grubhub for pick up. It was convenient. I then placed a second order because I forgot to add bubbles (i.e. boba) to the first tea. Upon reentering to pick up my second tea--an older (rude) asian man (maybe the owner?)----after I walked up to the counter to give an associate the order name and got my order from the old man, said, "Next time you need to come up to us sooner to give us the name of the order". His overall demeanor was bitter so I requested a refund. Let's put it nicely---us customers choose to take Grubhubs and to buy your drinks---so be kind. I feel like this place has amazing boba for being a chain. Everytime I come the quality is always on point. What is nice is that because it is a chain you always know what you are getting. I have been to the one in Denver and you would not know the difference. Also this boba chain is so much better than the other boba chain here in Albuquerque. The tea itself just tastes better because it is not all powder like the other chain is. As well, this chain was made to allow you to customize everything from your tea, type of add in, sugar level, and even ice level. This is what I like most about it.
