I picked up my order last night that I ordered ahead through the Little Ceasar's app. I ordered 1- 3 meat treat and 1- ExtraMostBestest Cheese. The 3 meat treat barely had any meat and the ExtraMostBestest Cheese had nothing but dough and tomato sauce. These were the worst pizzas ever. Also, the pizza's were cold and even my 4 year old son came up to me and let me know that the crust was hard so we didn't even end up finishing the cheese pizza.
I've tried numerous times to contact the store directly to speak to a manager to rectify the issue, but no one ever answers the phone. What poor customer service, horrible product, and a disservice to one of your loyal customers. I reached out to another location and spoke to a gentleman and sent him a picture of the cheese pizza. I asked what his thoughts were and he said the product didn't look to be prepped right. He stated that he would run it by his district manager. I told him to have her contact me, but have yet to hear anything. I called the same location today and left my phone number with the girl who answered the phone to have the district manager call me.
I feel bad not eating the rest of the food, but it was just gross. My family and I used to go often and always had a good experience. I highly doubt we will be returning. And y'all claim to be an Official Pizza Sponsor of the NFL, what a disgrace.

((ME:Still not looked at or spoken to)) She finds someone in the back to figure it out, customer leaves. ((2 More Customers come in After Me)) 1Customer gets her order, that was Almost Given Away. Then after Girl working working looks right Pass Me to last customer(Someone She Knows) starts talking to them. ((ME:still not looked at)) Decide to walk up to the Counter AFTER WAITING FOR 20MINS. She still doesn't say Anything. Only for ME to SAY something 1ST. So I Start Making my order. After ALL that TIME, She Says ""Do you have a online order??? We're Not Taking Any Orders Only Online order DUE to PRODUCT."" ---Which Makes No Sense at All. How do you have product for Online Orders but not in the Store??? On the other hand it would've been appreciated if I was Told...
Bad customer service, the employees always seem so depressed and mumble when taking orders. They NEVER answer their phone calls. So you either gotta order online or in person. I’ve ordered from here about 4-5 times and each time I think it would get better. It’s either the same or worse🤦🏽♀️ Today I ordered 4 extra most bestest pepperonis but we got regular pizzas. I don’t mind having regular pizzas, I’m just dissatisfied that I was charged more for something I could’ve gotten cheaper. I complained but the girl with the man bun(idk if she was the manager or not, because they are currently hiring for employees and manager spots) she told me each most bestest is different each time. They either put extra cheese or pepperoni. She didn’t see a problem with our pizzas and said they put more cheese on these pizzas. I don’t think that’s true because I’ve ordered these pizzas from different locations before and didn’t have this type of problem.
