Came into this area to eat at Red Lobster for lunch with my grandmother and son. I've order an new item on the menu that I have tried once before but at a different location in another city. I didn't really care much for this dish here at this locations. I was unable to eat my lunch. It was the sauce in this shrimp kao pow noodles that was too much. It made it hard to eat with a fork because it kept slipping all over the place and it just over season that the other ingredients where not even that tasty because the flavor balance was off. By the way we received an free appetizer through the Red lobster app of the stuffed mushroom but it wasn't that impressive. I ordered take out. I got there on time and it took a while for me to talk to someone. I told him I was there for pick up. He told me it would be soon. I hadn't paid so I asked him if I could then. He said that someone will come out to take care of me. So I sat down. 10 minutes later someone else came in for pick up. He hot helped right away. When she came out with his food, I asked her if mine was ready. She also asked for my name and left. About 7 minutes later she finally came out with my food.
