Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Me and my partner went there to eat about 2:00 pm 2/16/25 we usually by take on a usual basis like once a month , probably during the week today there was only one Spanish gentlemen working alone running around like a chicken with out a head , the guy obviously was swamped anyhow we were planning on ordering 2@ grilled samon, meals plates but the gentlemen said they were out and also no jalapeños, this happened a few weeks again a female was there working alone swamped again did not have the plates we wanted to order again , she was crying from the stress if working alone no help anyhow all this to say we ordered several fish like last time and the fish were basically burnt when we got home and tried them like last time, burnt again anyhow there were other Mexican and other people there complaining about the food being put out, so I have a feeling this location is probably going to go out of business like the one on isleta and Rio bravo area just went out of business too. We were hungry but after trying to eat the first piece it had a bad smell and taste like over burnt, very sad situation. I know this location, I go here about once a month. So I know to order online so that you don't have a long wait time. Don't get me wrong, you still have a wait time, but it's not as long. Well on 1/9 I made a $70 order and it had a pick up time of about 15 min from the time I made it. That should of tipped me off, but I thought I was just lucky. When I got there the lady who was smoking outside threw it out and ran back in. When I got up to the doors I found them locked. I called to ask about my order and the phone was picked up and hung up on a couple of time. I finally called all the long john silvers and could only get the Santa Fe location to answer to which they responded to call a local location and when I said no one answers he said "well we are al busy, we can't be answering when we are" I let him know that this location is not busy due to the doors being locked. I was given the number to district manager. She was nice and said she stopped the transaction and said she would still give us the order for the inconvenience. lastly, I tried to write a review from the conformation e-mail to let them know what happened and it is a dead link they send you. Two stars only because Andy's service saved them. I walked in and waited at the counter for 5 or 6 minutes before I was helped. The young man in the back told the dark skinned guy that kept walking back and forth in front of me (ignoring me) that someone was at the counter waiting for service and he said, "I know. Believe me I know" and then continued to NOT help me. Andy who was sweeping, saw that no one was attending to me, so he ran over to take my order and gave me 2 drinks to make up for my wait. There were no medium drink lids in the dispenser so I asked the same dark skinned dude (no name tag) if they had medium lids and he said "no we don't", the young guy in the kitchen overheard my request and somehow found a whole box of them. Another lady came in behind me and that same guy helped her and kept telling her that they were out of everything she wanted and the young guy in the back said yeah we have those, and the lazy dude looked at him and raised his voice at him and said "mind your own business, next time you tell me how to do my job I'll send your ass home" that lady...
