McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Worst mcdonalds ever I would give it 0 stars if I could but you have to al least give one star which I myself should change Google because some places don't deserve a rating but anyways this is by far the worst McDonalds ever there workers are beyond rude and especially one of their managers who actually denied to change my 4 year old sons toy and denied my son to his face he had got the same toy already 5 times so he wanted to ask for a different one and when we went up and he asked if he could please have a different toy this manager was looking right at him and tried to ignore him she heard what he asked as well and she just tried to ignore him and walk away so when I got her attention she comes over and says what do you want and when I told her my son was asking if he could please have a different toy she says I heard him and looks at my son and says no I won't change your toy you get what you get and that is that we don't do that when I know for a fact they do because they always do it at other ones and have done it for me there before and when I confronted her and told her she doesn't need to talk to my son and be so rude to him her response well I am busy and I don't need some kid asking me to change his toy when I have more important things then to worry about some stupid toy by then I just had it I had to walk away because I was furious and ready to let this person have it but because I had my son I just walked away not only is the manager rude a few employees are as well there fries are always cold and dried out and disgusting they are old fries that have been out for who knows how long my sons nuggets were still cold on the inside like frozen and my hamburger had an eyelash in it and one of my drinks had a piece from the fountain machine in it I stay away from this McDonalds it is...

From moment we walked it the girl behind the counter had a piss poor attitude. She got the order wrong then suggests that i just by the product separate umm why would i spend 2.70 on another one when i can spend $1.00 for the one i was suppose to get. She even tried to argue and accuse another customer of lying when he told her he was missing more food. She didmtncharge him for it but he asked for it which is obvious. Who would go to there with 5 kids and only order 4 happy meals?? She has had issues with orders and she is not new I am a regular at this Mc Donalds like almost everyday (but not for long). (I have a child who is on the spectrum who loves the play area and the only meat he will touch is Mc Donalds nuggets so we go there to play and get him his meat and sometimes just to get ice cream and play. ) I think i will start to try the one on Tramway for now on and see how those employees treat their customers. So Rude employee, they dont full the fry container up they fill it half way and lay it on the tray a little spread out so it looks like a lot but really a large is the size of a MEDIUM. The Sweet Tea which happens to be my fav drink is never fresh actually yesterday my cup had a bunch of the tea grounds at the bottom 😩 it was so gross. The bathroom in the play area always has homeless or user going in it. It always smells like cigarette's and once it smelled really odd so i got a employee and he said it was a meth or crack smell and someone was smoking meth or crack in the bathroom in the play area where my kids play and use the bathroom. Ugh this location is so convenient but I will have to go to another one where I feel welcomed and i feel my kids can...

This McDonald's is my favorite in ALL ALBUQUERQUE. They are always so nice here and treat everyone from what I've seen with respect. They have always go above a beyond for my son when he gets the same toy for the 3rd time(my rule for him is if he gets the same toy 2 times than it's ok but if he gets it the 3rd time he can go ask for a different 1 IF they have it)and they look everywhere for a different 1 for him in the front, drive thru, even in the back room Ive seen them go before. They are just very nice and IF they do mess up your order, which happens everywhere but rarely here compared to other McDonald's. They correct it ASAP and either throw in something else like cookies or they give you back a portion of the money you spent which is crazy cause all they would have to do to make me happy is fix my order and maybe say sorry, which I get it happens. NOPE THEY GO BEYOND THAT AND TRY TO MAKE UP FOR MESSING UP UR ORDER. The manager(s) here are so nice, respectful, and most of all patient with us especially my son who is 4 and is hard to understand at that age sometimes. It's actually pretty surprising how he treated my son not just him but his other employees all seem to have good attitudes. I highly recommend this McDonald's.
