McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

This McDonald's has been completely remodeled and renovated from the foundation up. They began by completely tearing the old building down and removing entire parking lot asphalt to dirt. 👁️👀📢

🏗️ The project took several months as they poured a new foundation and a new concrete parking lot.

The owners reinvested heavily to improve this location and set a great example for this community neighborhood. ❤️

The new building is very nice, very clean and even the service staff all seem to appreciate and is reflected in the service now offered here.

🥪🥙🌯🌶️🍔🍟🥞🥓🥗 Even the food tastes better than any McDonald's I have eaten, maybe it's the new kitchen appliances or improved staff outlook or a lil' of both :) 😎

It now features a double drive through completely modernized with menus and order screens.

👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 The dining area has all brand new seating, bilingual order touch screens with a full menu for Spanish and English guests with numbers for table service. One of the dining tables has a touch screen light game for anyone to enjoy while dining and there are TV's 📺 to watch while waiting for your meal. 👊

There are new public restrooms 🆓 🚾🚹🚺 handicap accessible entrances and handicap ♿ and motorcycle 🆓🅿️♿ parking spots 🚙🏍️🚛

So tonight was the second night in less than a week this McDonald's has messed up my order. First time I didn't say anything not a big deal, by today, today upset me just a little more. I work a ton so I don't have time to cook and McDonald's is right on the corner and what kid is going to turn down a happy meal for dinner. First off they didn't have any parfaits and waited tillafter I paid and all that good jazz to tell me, mind you this was the only thing my daughter asked for, then I get home and my mcdoubles were made completely wrong, that ticked me off. After a 16+ hour day all I wanted was a quick cheap meal I could eat so I could get to bed and wake up to do it all over again. I had finally gotten my Pjs on and my damn bra off when I finally noticed and all the girl could say when I called was "only way we can replace them is if you come back with the burgers right now." I have no bra on, my kid is already laying in bed because they didn't have what she wanted and now I'm going to bed HANGRY. The kid at the window taking orders either can’t here or is illiterate because not only was all 8 of my burgers that did make it into my order were wrong but he deleted 2 of my meals from my order and when I brought it to the child at the 2nd window she told me I would have to get back in line and reorder in the same breath that she told me to pull up to wait on fries after I just waited 10 minutes in that line. Now I do not expect special treatment but I spent $50 to feed my family after a long day of working and all I got was attitudes. So I parked at the 2nd window left my husband in the car and walked inside to place the order for the other meals. My husband noticed that the burgers were wrong and told the ppl at the window. I watched them pull all the burgers out and put them in a new bag and pass it back out the window. I did not know at the time it was my order. When I got home not only was my food ice cold since we had to wait on the fries but every burger was still wrong. This place is a joke and so are the ppl that work at night. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and every time I get screwed. Stay away...
