Well…I was really excited about trying this place but I ended up being let down. I got the quesabirria tacos. Preferred to order inside because when I tried ordering online it asked me what meat to choose and birria meat wasn’t an option so it confused me. I had it with rice and beans, came with consume, salsa, and a lime. I first was surprised that no onions or cilantro came with it. Kind of a bummer because that really elevates the consume. First off, I thought the birria tacos were good. The flavor of the meat was really good, my tacos has a fair amount of meat too, and the tacos were crispy even after the long drive home. However…it was so so so oily. I had to use all my napkins to soak it up and let my tacos sit on. The consume was also pretty oily too. Flavor of the consume was mid. I think had I had onions and cilantro, maybe one more slice of lime, it could’ve helped. The rice and beans, I didn’t like surprisingly. Usually that is my backup side just in case so I can get filled lol. The rice had no flavor. It was colorful, but no taste. Beans…I don’t even know how to explain the beans, it didn’t taste fresh maybe? Idk the beans were lacking for sure. If I were to order again, I’d probably only get the quesabirria tacos and make sure onions and cilantro come with. But it would be nice if all the oil didn’t get transferred to my takeout box. Service was great. The girl who took my order was very kind. She gets the only 5 star.

Let me start by saying that the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places in Albuquerque. The food isn't terrible, but it's not good either—at least not from the perspective of a birria lover. The birria was dry and lacked flavor to such an extent that I had to drench my tacos in salsa just to taste something. I ordered regular street tacos with birria and also tried one with cheese. The taco with cheese was slightly better, but only because of the cheese. There was no strong flavor in the consomé, and the meat wasn't juicy or tender. Overall, it was just a mediocre experience. So, if you have a girlfriend who loves birria and you don’t want her to be hangry afterward, I wouldn’t recommend this place. However, if you find yourself in a pinch and need a quick meal that isn't horrific, then this place is good enough.

Warning, don’t go here. There was a lady on the phone the whole time when we walked in with that they’re waiting to order and when we did, we regretted it for the rest of our day when we wanted to order she was being really rude to us because she had to get off her phone to take our order and after I was done taking her order, she continued to roll her eyes and all I did was wait for our order and one our order was up I waited for them to hand me the Coke and she rolled her eyes and snatch the receipt out of my hand and said let me see if you even ordered a drink and was being really rude to me and I didn’t even know why and all I said is thank you really loud and then they didn’t give us napkins so we went back up to grab napkins I was grabbing napkins and the lady said what are you staring at and then all I said was I’m just grabbing napkins what’s your problem and she said you’re my problem and I said I want to speak to your manager and she said I am the manager, so honestly, I would never treat my customers this way and I am never going to recommend this place and I will tell everybody about my experience here and honestly, the tacos aren’t even good go to sanchos tacos...

This is a small place with a patio and no AC. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, a couple staff looked at me and then went about their business. A lady finally came up to take my order. I ordered and shortly after that two men came that knew the gentleman working there and they got their food relatively quickly while I was still waiting. Two more groups of customers came in and got their food before me and these were not online orders as I heard them order and pay. All I got was a chicken quesadilla nothing else and it took 20+ minutes. At one point the lady that took my order asked what the name on my order was and then went to the back and I didn't get any further information from her about my order. I finally got my order after another 10 minutes and the food was fine but if you literally have quesadilla in the name of your business it should not take that long! There was no apology for the wait or any recognition that they may have forgotten my order or anything. It was hot inside, flies everywhere, and the tables were disgusting and no one came out to clean them the entire time I was there. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Very...
