7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Staff was bizarrely pedantic over the mother's day special, ruined my wife's day. The advertisement said "Buy any 2 medium or large drinks and get a free 7 brewzie." One might think this implies that our order of a medium and a large drink would qualify, but according to the staff at this location, it does not. Had we both gotten mediums, or both gotten larges, we would have "qualified" for a free drink koozie. Seems a bit silly to be so strict about, and having worked customer service before, I would have just given us the koozie, but it's not worth arguing with a teenager about. We just won't be coming back.

The drinks are nothing spectacular, but they're alright. It's your bog-standard chain coffee place. When busy, their drive-thru is very annoying to deal with. You can sometimes get trapped when trying to leave if there are too many cars in line. Not sure how a management team would go about fixing that, but just something to be aware of if you're...

Ive been going here a while and it was good at first but the past few times I've gone they keep getting worse and worse, they took my order wrong, and than last time they didn't give me the right drink and this time they made my drink but it was just foam, I couldn't taste anything but foam, I don't usually complain but I went back today and told them it was just foam and they remade it and had me try it in front of them, it tasted worse than before, not only was it just foam this time but it was way too sweet for me to even drink so I spend $6 on a stupid drink that I ended up throwing away bc instead of a refund they wanted to just keep remaking it and it got worse when they remade it, I'm sorry but I donr have all day to spend at their store just bc they don't wanna give me a refund, and want to remake my drink just so I can throw it away bc it's actually way too...

I love their coffee don’t get me wrong but I went in this morning and was in line for a long time while the girls walking around kept skipping me to take others orders. The line beside me had cars that came after me come and go to the point where I had to pull all the way up just to have my order taken. I asked for the first responder discount (I was in full uniform with my badge on) and she said they can only give it to people in emergency vehicles. Which is disheartening because they’re the ones who came to my place of work and used the discount offer to get my business. Weird that I have to come in an ambulance but that’s fine. I never usually ask for those kind of discounts anyway at other places but it was used as a perk to get mine and my coworkers business and then taken away. Her delivery was also pretty mean.
