Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albuquerque

As Pizza goes the food is okay. However there customer experience is horrible. I am disabled and was offered curbside pickup any. When I got to this location I called to advise them I was there. I landed up calling three times before anybody acted on my pick up order. It was almost twenty minutes past the time they had told me that y pickup was ready. Some girl finally came out and demanded that I go inside to pick up my pizza. I am a disabled veteran and have to use forearm crutches as I cannot walk without them. When I tried to explain why I opted for the curbside pick as I cannot walk without assistance. She wouldn't let me have my order unless I want in. She refused my cash payment. As I was backing out to leave she finally decided to let me pay for my order and bring it out to. Her attitude during this transaction with me with less than stellar. I have used their curbside pick up in the past both with cash and credit/debit card forms of payment and had no problems with the exception that in every time I went to get y order it took awhile before they would come out to my vehicle. I called Pizza Hut corporate and let them know about my experiences at the Zuni at Washington store. When I finally could speak to a representative as explained my experience as a disabled veteran. All they did was give me lip service. I was and not looking for compensation or any kind. I just wanted Pizza Hut to be empathetic to disabled people needs any to hopefully avoid having another disabled person being treated in the manor that I was. At this time I have not heard from Pizza Hut Corporate or the local store manager. Pizza Hut has lost this Disabled Veteran's business after being a loyal customer...

I wanted a break from Dominos pizza. So I decided to order a couple pizzas online. First, they don't let you know that the orders are being prepared. Second, you only get one topping on your 2 for $5 and up medium pizza, compared to Dominos where you can order 2 for $5.99 each with 2 toppings. Third, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO! I went to pick up my order and the guy at the register was on the phone. He was on the phone about 5 minutes. Finally he stops long enough an asked for my name. I told him, he grabbed both boxes of pizza laid them on the counter and motioned me to swipe my card since he saw how I was going to pay. He didn't say thank you or ask if I needed chili peppers. Just pushed the box towards me and continued on the phone. Then I had a bite of the pizza. I thought it would taste great. It didn't. The sauce was too salty and the pizza had no flavor. I could buy a slice of pizza from Costco and the pizza would have a better fresh flavor from it. Pizza Hut failed me. Rotten service and poor tasting pizza. Plus, my receipt had a Wichita, Kansas address on there as if I bought the pizza from the state of Kansas!! I'm going back to DOMINOS pizza where the specials are worth ordering from to their friendly service and great tasting pizza. I Don't recommend this Pizza Hut all. I also know I didn't buy the pizzas...

This is absolutely one of the worst pizza huts in Albuquerque. In the past 6 months every single time that we have placed our orders rather than be online or over the phone they have almost always got something incorrect on the order. Just today October 8th, We called them placed our order at 5 PM. At 5:23pm we got a call back from the store location saying that they could not accept our card payment that they needed cash instead. We reviewed our bank account and it showed that they had already charged our card. We called them back and they claimed that we hadn't even placed an order yet. We got hung up on. So we call back again and keeps giving us to Indonesia for a call transfer center. So we finally got back in contact with the store we were ordering from and they kept hanging up on us. This is all while we were trying to cancel the order and make sure that we get some sort of confirmation on our refund so we don't have to fight with Pizza Hut to give us our damn money back. I do not recommend the store they have a bunch of young kids working here who have absolutely no respect and don't give a crap if they mess anything up.update 2nd. One pizza for 40.00. Pineapple ham pepperoni olives. Horrible, not double at all. I asked for extra everything. I got a normal pizza that barely had any sauce. Not even close to...
