Sal's Italian Restaurant exceeded all our expectations and delivered an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted warmly by the attentive staff. The cozy and inviting ambiance set the perfect mood for an enjoyable evening.
Let's start with the star of the show: the Chicken Parmigiano. It was an absolute delight! The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, coated in a flavorful marinara sauce, and topped with a generous amount of gooey melted cheese. Every bite was a heavenly blend of textures and flavors, leaving us craving for more.
We also indulged in the calamari, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The calamari rings were expertly fried to a golden crisp, preserving their tender interior. The accompanying dipping sauce added a tangy kick, perfectly complementing the dish. It was a true delight for seafood lovers like us.
What truly set Sal's apart was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. From providing recommendations to promptly refilling our water glasses, their attention to detail was truly commendable.
We left Sal's Italian Restaurant with satisfied taste buds and the desire to return soon. The combination of delectable dishes, top-notch service, and welcoming atmosphere makes this restaurant a gem in the culinary landscape. Whether you're seeking a romantic dinner or a family gathering, Sal's is the perfect place to indulge in authentic Italian cuisine.
We wholeheartedly recommend Sal's Italian Restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. You won't be...
Read moreI had always been a fan of this restaurant since it was mimmos so for Mother's Day I was in charge of picking a restaurant everyone wanted Italian so I put in an order two sheets which were almost $350 plus a $70 tip which we did not eat at the restaurant we took it home I must say it was the most disappointing meal we have ever had everything was dry there was no sauce no cheese on the lasagna they had at least four layers of just pasta on top of each other with no sauce in between or cheese just making it look thicker, nobody ate it , I called and was we basically told were busy and for us to come in for a meal I totally do not think my family would be comfortable to go eat there again knowing it was a makeup meal for the disaster we had our Mother's Day I was totally embarrassed by my choice so I would never recommend that place for something special and the help and customer service we got was poor all I can say is I'm very disappointed and it was so expensive honestly we should have went to Buca di Beppo like others suggested and said it was cheaper than where we went but I honestly thought we were going to get some good quality food but all we got was pasta dry pasta for $400 what a joke and we didn't even get cheese packets or signs of bread nothing come to go with that pasta like in the restaurant when we would order they would give you a side of bread so do not waste your money on nothing catering from that place I will try to...
Read more1st day opened today so they're getting in the groove of things. Restaurant was previously Mimmo's and I was informed it was same food just different owner. I like the new sports bar portion of the restaurant and how it has a windowed garage door that opens up to outside seating. They only had a limited menu but I was glad to see pizza and lasagna were on it. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni & mushrooms and it was very good. I did expect the cheese to stretch as I remember it did before but it didn't. I will have to order this again as eat in to see if that makes a difference. The lasagna sauce didn't seem to have seasonings, could only taste tomato. Although it was good, we will also have to try as dine in, and of course once the restaurant/cooks get in the swing of things. With the lasagna they did have cream of mushroom soup that accompanied it. I can say the soup was very tasty, I would order again. To be continued...review may change after next dine in visit. UPDATE: After dine in, I can say the food tastes much better when you eat there. The Lasagna was very good. We ordered the Calamari but that was not the same as I remember. Pieces were extremely small. They over cooked it so it was very crunchy. Their Calamari used to be plump and was my favorite. Although it tasted fine, I would not order again. The Mushroom soup still extremely yummy! Please hit like if you have read this...
