Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Stopped by the Starbucks on San Mateo next to kiva juice to get an ice coffee that iv been craving all day. The person took my order super quick and I pulled around one person in front of me at the window and it took 10 min to get her one drink done and it was a small… I pull up and pay for my drink and the lady at the window walks away 8 min later a young man in short shorts asks what I’m waiting on I told him the iced americano they take the espresso shots that have been sitting there for god knows how long and finished my drink in less than a min and hand me my drink and walk away!!! No hey would you like a straw/ napkins? And can you see the ice in my coffee? Not very...

If you ever want your day ruined by rude employees or your drink made incorrectly, come to this location. Iced Venti chai? You'll probably get a tall coffee. Ordered a frappuccino? You'll probably get iced tea. Ordered a sandwich? You'll somehow probably get a pastry. And the barista will always act like it's your fault or that it's not their problem. Came to this location for my final time today, 1/26, around 5:30. Pretty sure I was rang up incorrectly, and my drink was twice made incorrectly. The barista made it seem like I was the one screwing up, so I just left with the incorrect drink because I have time to deal with...

I hate giving negative reviews but I feel this one is necessary . I love Starbucks coffee and I am an avid Starbucks customer. But there deal is this location does not have it together. I don’t think I’ve been here and they have ever gotten my order right. Last time they gave me a card to come back and my drink would be on them. I went this morning and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and got to the window and they handed me two drinks completely the wrong sizes and not the way I ordered them. Hopefully their management can get things in order. I’ll Be finding a new location to get my coffee...
