Food is good, service was rather uncomfortable, the young ladys and gentle man working that day were non-attentive. They were on their phones while we waited for their attention. Then instead of helping us (myself and my 4 children) they ignored 2 of my children and help a man standing behind them, they all seemed to act as if we were bothering them and the sooner we were out if their faces the better. When I finally got them to make my children their food and moved on to the register, they made me wait so the man behind us could be helped first. My children were very hungry. The cashier gave me a huge sigh of attitude when I told her that the 4 sandwichs we're to meals which was something I spoke out loud when beginning my order. It seemed to be to much of a struggle to ring up 4 cups and 4 bags if chips along with 6 cookies. It seemed as though I was just asking to much of her. That was one if the most stressful moments of my life. I was hoping to be able to just get our orders done and be out of these young disrespectful employees, way of returning to their phones. I was as nice as I could possibly be. It was when they skipped over my children, told them that they HAVE TO WAIT THEIR TURN, when it was indeed already their turn. Ny children were well behaved and did as instructed by someone who was being disrespectful, and rude to my children. The moment bhe noticed I was looking at him his attitude changed for a split second, then he decided to return to being almost hostile to deal with. I did not, excuse me; I DO NOT appreciate being...
Read moreOn 1/2/25 my partner and I ordered two subs online for dinner. I arrived a little early and waited in line with everyone else. As I was waiting I was asked by one of the males working if I had an online order and I confirmed. He asked my name and I told him. The female worker said my order was ready and handed it to me. I thanked her and headed on my way. Upon getting home we opened our subs and they both had guacamole on them. I then headed back to the store to get my sandwich corrected. I entered the store and informed them that the sandwich was made incorrectly cause it had guacamole on it and I was allergic to avocado. The two men apologized for making the sandwich wrong and the guy spoke to me the first time I came in was very nice (did not catch his name but he was a taller male with brown hair and a slender build) asked me if it was the sandwich with American cheese and I said yes. He said he thought it was made wrong. He then offered me a cookie while I waited and I said no thank you. The other male who was shorter with dirty blonde hair (didn't get his name either) then stated what are you allergic to cookies too. I said no but I do have homemade cookies at home if I want one. I have worked in the restaurant business as a manager before and understand mistakes are possible but the comment about being allergic to cookies was unnecessary, offensive and I felt it was...
Read moreI stopped in after a long and exhausting day. I was alone (an extremely rare occurrence), the nice young girl at the counter greeted me kindly and asked what I would like to order. I replied that I am a wife, business owner and mother of 3 who could not possible make one more decision for anyone including myself and to please just make me whatever she liked however she liked it. Most people are not up to the challenge and continue to ask questions, however she just went about making me a sandwich. She asked about my day and we had a nice little conversation. I thanked her, tipped her and left. It was about 2 hours before I was able to enjoy the best subway sandwich I have ever eaten. I mean the sandwich was really delightful however it was nothing compared to the experience in NOT making a decision regarding the sandwich. It's the small things. I wanted to express my gratitude to the young lady that kept this overworked, tired and hungry lady from having a complete...
