Keva Juice — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Hi I went to the Keva juice on Juan tabo and Menual in Albuquerque New Mexico and lately the service has not been so good and today was absolutely out of hand. I went through the drive through and ordered two acia bowls and two power blends. The total was just under $30.00 bucks and I handed the employee a fifty dollar bill. He hands it back and says they don't accept bills larger then a twenty. I reasoned with him and said the check is larger then 20 dollars. He then goes and gets his manager and the manager tells what seems to be a made up story where he turns away anyone with anything bigger then a twenty dollar bill no matter the amount on the check. He tells me i can go to another business and get change they will hold my drink for me. I was so blown away at the fact that they made my drinks and turned away my business over incompetence really upset my wife and I. Also there were no signs posted anywhere saying they did not accept bills over 20, but when your bill is over 20 bucks do they expect everyone to have exact change??? The manager stayed a guy had a check which was 44 dollars and they would not accept a 50 dollar bill??? I highly suggest you all get this in order because I can't imagine how much profit is going to waste or given away, because instead of just giving me change they turned me away and then lost out on that sale and your company is losing...

The lady that was here march 2 2025 was very rude. I was a customer bout to go in and get kiva juice when I seen the lady walked out the back door and started to yell at a man and saying he was harassing customers, never once did I see this gentleman talk to her customers this man in a security shirt talking on the phone looking like he was on break. I had my son with me so I didn’t go in yet waiting in my car observing everything. Than she also walk to hibbett for a moment than walk back to her store I witnessed her taking pics of this young gentleman. This point I chose to leave and go to another kiva juice. I will no longer support the Juan tabo location. If this woman has done this to this gentleman that I take is security somewhere in this strip mall who else has she profiled for being another race. Shame on you miss lady I hope you get reprimanded for your nonprofessional ways you did all that in front of customers for your establishment. Went there 30 minutes before closing. Door was locked, so I figured maybe they're closing early, but I see 3 of them there making more orders, so I figured I'd wait. Each one looked me in the eyes, then went back to what they're doing without so much as a hand gesture. Figured hey, young people don't always have the best communication skills, maybe they'll unlock the door when thru with the order. Nope. Knocked on door. They noticed and did Nothing. I double checked their door signs. They're open. I started back towards my truck, they checked their own signs and shrugged it off.

My wife and I love Keva. We used to buy there often, we were always friendly, and always tipped decently. We've learned to make our own at home.
