Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I hate to write this, but I want to be certain that management knows so they can check into things. I've gone to this location many times and always like the bagels I get here. The issue is the Chai Tea Lattes. I've had them here before and though they aren't my favorite - they aren't bad. Well, the last 2 times I went to this location and got Chai's something was completely off - they were sour. I thought it was just me, but both of my daughters said the same thing. I don't know if they made us the wrong drinks 2 different times or if the milk was bad or if there is something wrong with the syrup they used - but they were awful and undrinkable. Had to be thrown away - so $15...

Worst Einstein in ABQ. The quality of the food that comes from this location is absurd in comparison to basically all other locations in town. Ordered a Nova Lox and it seemed that it had maybe been sitting out a while? The lox was dry and weird tasting. Then ordered again a couple weeks later and just got a bagel with crem cheese and it was pathetic. The bagel was tiny which is not common for Einstein but there was close to no cream cheese on it, also not common. Employees are not the kindest and seem bothered when customers come in. Terrible service. They repeatedly fail to either fill pur order correctly. Our most recent and final visit, we called in an order and they made us stand in line despite there clearly being a place for pickup. they ignored us and finally greeted us with a “Are you guys waiting for something?”Not a “I’m sorry I’ll be right with you.” They proceeded to reprimand us about needing to stand in line. They refused to apologize for misunderstanding. My family loves einstein bros. And we typically spend a lot of money on their quality breakfasts. We simply cannot eat at this branch again.
