Went to this location around 7pm on a Thursday, posted hours online says this location is open till 9pm. When I walked in, there was one other person already at the counter being served by a gentlemen who was VERY adamant (almost borderline rude) that they ONLY had wheat and some other type of bread that I didn't catch...the person before me asked if they were making any more bread, and the guy repeated the two breads he had, adding, "these are the ONLY breads we have, we're not making any more". The person before me I guess decided that one of the two options was okay, and began their order. Bewildered and looking forward to some Italian Herbs and Cheese bread for MY order, I wandered back out to my car to look up another Subway nearby. As I sat in my car, the second employee wandered back out from behind the counter and started mopping the floor. Were they trying to close early? Idk. I left sad and hungry. There are 9 of us in our family...I went in with my families order for only 7 of us. I waited 10 minutes to get waited on, no one in frint of me except 2 online orders. I waited patiently. Once I started to tell them my order I was told by one of the older African American woman that I need to order online next time. I told her that I couldn't and she continues to tell me that if I was to come in with a large order like this during a rush that she would deny me service. At first I was caught off guard, when I repeated back to her what I thought she couldn't have said she did indeed say that she would deny me service. I told her fine then you can cancel what you've started...now if all 9 of us had climbed our of our van during a rush, would have she denied us service because we were to big of a family?....if I could have given 0 stars I would have.....this is my neighborhood subway....we have gone here forever...we will never return...
