Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I visited this Dutch bros a while ago and was too busy to write the review but I thinks it’s important. At this location I was at work and got an unexpected break, which is rare. I decided to stop for coffee and this time had to use the walk up and order option. The staff was friendly. But once again Dutch bros let’s me down. I like the drinks and prices better than some places so this is really disappointing. It took 20-30min to get a cup of coffee. The Dutch bros in New Mexico really need some work and organization. (Maybe consult chick-fil-a 🤷🏻‍♀️) Myself and other were quickly losing patience. The staff seemed unconcerned and I noticed that some drinks were done and being placed to the side, wondering who’s they were. Only to find out minutes later they were for people waiting at this pick up counter. Drinks were done and not getting to customers. I noticed this and saw a drink that looked to be mine sitting on the counter. So I went up to the counter to ask. It took a while for someone to come up just to confirm it was mine and I could go. I informed other people waiting in line to do the same thing so their drink doesn’t sit there. Mine was blended and quickly melting. I will not go back to...

I WAITED 50 MINUTES FOR MY COFFEE. I know it was super busy so I was very patient. I waited outside, which I thought being at the window you got your coffee faster because you got down well two people that came way before me got the drinks. The girl that they are training(young girl with glasses) because I heard they are training her asked me what my order was about 30 minutes ago and she said OK so after the two people got their drinks before me, I went up to the register and the girl said oh my gosh I’m so sorry somehow I got lost so the fact that I waited 50 minutes and this girl seen me out of the window every time they pass by and didn’t they didn’t think in their head that something was wrong. I was very patient and I waited almost an hour for this, honestly, I should have just left and took the drinks at the window that nobody grabbed....

I am from Oregon and absolutely 💯 percent recommended you try dutch bro! The menu is endless and the whole family can try something. I'd say I'm a expert on trying so many different choices and a regular customer. I have the app download it, it makes things way faster!!! Recommended you try the Bob freeze, sweet sunrise green tea with shots of rebel, banana bread cold brew, the cabana rebel soft top extra cream, my son loves the Hawaiian in a, frost, soda, or rebel, so many choices. My husband loves the trifecta freeze with a extra shot! Better then any place I've tried in New Mexico!! Customer service is outgoing and friendly they want to keep you coming back and satisfied with your beverage. If for any reason you don't like it they will fix or offer something else, you get a free drink on your birthday. Definitely recommend...
