Buyer Beware
We had frequented this car wash many times over the years. The last time we were in, the truck emerged from the wash with serious scratches (we assume from brushes or rollers) all along the top of the roof. We saw it the minute we got home, and called them. Busy signal for hours, so we sent email via the websites ācontact usā page ā no reply. We them sent an email to the ācustomer serviceā person asking for assistance, but still no reply. After a few days we drove in to talk to them in person and were told by one person that they had been sold to a new company and that was why the phone was off the hook. That person gave me a form to fill out, but when I asked what the next step would be she just shrugged and said probably nothing would be done because we didnāt come in the same day, then she went to get the manager. The manager came out, took the report again, took photos of the roof damage, told me the phone was not off the hook, it was just not working, and promised to get in touch right away after reviewing the video. I never heard a word from her, however we did get an email from the former customer service person who we had contacted, saying since the company had been sold, a new customer service person was in place. She sent our info to him. He did reply right away asking for details⦠and promised to be right back in touch once they had reviewed our situation and seen the photos the manager had taken.
And then nothing. NOTHING ā two weeks later, and several more emails to him and the manager he copied in on the whole thing, and not one of them has said a WORD in reply. Not even the courtesy of āyour claim is being deniedā or āwe are still looking into itā or āwe can do nothing for youā or anything at ALL.
So: I would recommend staying VERY far from Trademark Car Wash (formerly Quick Shine), because if their machinery causes damage to your vehicle, they are going to give you an extreme runaround and then ignore...

I pulled in to get my wash and this time they had an attendant working the touch screen. He asked what kind of wash I wanted I wanted the $7 wash but I said "I just want the basic wash." It was $10 dollars. I noticed the price difference from what I normally pay. I asked him when did the go up on their prices. He seemed a little confused by my question so I told him I normally pay $7. He said I think we used to have a $7 wash before. He finally admitted there is a $7 wash but it's called "Touch up" not "Basic" no problem just change it to the "Touch up" after all I haven't gone through yet. He tells me there is nothing he can do. I told him then give me my money back and he said he couldn't do it. I asked to talk to his manager. He went inside and then returned to tell me his manager was too busy and he can't give me a refund. I had no choice but to go through. I later called them to tell them they lost a regular customer over $3. They told me it was a female manager not a male Manager as the attendant led me to believe. Which probably means he didn't even talk to the manager about my situation. The lady I spoke to offered me a free wash and she would call me back because I wanted to go to another location but she never called me back to confirm the details as she said she would. I spoke to a friend and he told me he signed up for a monthly subscription for their wash service and when he tried to cancel they said they would cancel the subscription but didn't. He wound up continuing to pay until he cancelled his bank card. I would give less than one star if I could. Beware of this car...

I have a membership (or had one for that matter) for the car wash, but as I was at the toll gate waiting for the machine to scan my membership sticker to let me in, it did not work. I honked the horn and apparently the manager came over to come assist me. I was telling her what was going on, that this is the 3rd time this has happened to me at the car wash, and she was giving me attitude. I did not know it was the manager until I asked her to speak to her manager, she said she is the manager. I do not want to go to a car wash that is ran by people who don't take pride in their work and are disrespectful to the customers when they have a complaint or an issue for that matter. It was terrible customer service. I asked her to cancel my membership and to give back my personal information from the car wash to end my monthly subscription, but she ended up giving me someone else's information, My name was not spelled correctly and did not have my last name on it. The manager is some pregnant lady who's hormones that must be raging. I asked to speak with the owner of the car wash but was no where to be found, I am here telling you guys to NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. The customer service is terrible, they hand out people's personal information all willy-nilly, toll gates that don't work with membership, and there is no one who has higher power than the manager.
