I went thru drive-thru today ordered 2 #1 combos and a 5$ taco box thing. Was read back my order by the girl in drive-thru. When we approach the window we paid got drinks and were asked to pull up. Order is handed to us short 5 tacos! I tell the kid this isn't right. They read my order back exactly as I placed it! So kid goes back in the drive thru girl then brings out a taco box and 3 tacos n a burrito(she offered as a peace offering). Still short 3 tacos. Again they read my order back at the speaker 3 times when placed. She then says "he must have put it in wrong" she took my order herself! I say I'm still short 3 tacos. She says her manager says he's not giving me free food. Mind you she's just said here's this burrito for free. Then the supposed manager comes out slapping his hands together talking about he ain't giving us nothing for free! I paid for my food! It's long been paid for! I explain I ordered 2 #1 meals n a 5$ taco box they had no issue handing me 3 drinks at receipt of payment! Then a 3rd worker comes out so I'm now out of my vehicle alone with 3 employees yelling about me not getting free food. I placed an online order and arrived at the store 15 minutes later, expecting it to be ready. Instead, I waited another 8 minutes inside while watching the staff prioritize eight cars in the drive-thru before acknowledging me.
When I first arrived, there were only four cars in the drive-thru. I figured going inside would be more convenient for both me and the staff—boy, was I wrong. While I waited, another four cars pulled into the drive-thru and were served before me.
To make things worse, someone walked in right before me, used the self-serve kiosk, and still got their food before I did. My mobile order had been sitting in the system for over 20 minutes at that point.
When I finally received my food, I asked the manager, “How long in advance should I place my order before arriving at the store?” She didn’t even try to explain—just shrugged, said “The system, I don’t know, busy,” and walked away mid-conversation. I walk outside and only one car in the drive thru, how are you busy?
Taco Bell, if you’re going to push mobile and online ordering, make sure your stores are equipped to actually handle it. This location clearly isn’t. Absolutely frustrating and disappointing—do not use mobile...
Read more😡👎 Let's just say Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!! 😡👎 I drove thru the drive up and the girl seemed completely lost. She made a mistake on my order to start. I was charged twice ($42.) and she wasn't sure she refunded me back my money $42. for a party box and 2 burritos and one drink seemed kinda a lot for my order. Again she seemed completely lost and confused. She went to ask for help from another employee and low and behold none of the other workers knew a bit of English none of them could talk to me or the girl doing the register. The manager came to help her after 20 minutes of waiting for all of them to figure it out and even then none of them could fix the problem. She told me she thought it was refunded but check my account and see if it was fixed because she wasn't sure. She told me it will take a few days to go through, and if it didn't to comeback and they would try and figure it out. Ughhh!!!😡😡😡 Got home all mad and upset took out my order everything was cold cold and the food was so gross I just can't believe I even paid for any of it OMG!!! My burritos were practically empty and looked like the food was smeared on the inside. This whole experience was Terrible please don't eat there!!! Fair warning...
