First of all, waiting at the ordering speaker for a good five minutes without acknowledging me even to say it’ll be a few minutes. So I then order our meals, then when I get to the window to pay she gives us or drinks one of the drinks is lemon when I ordered tangerine and mentioned to the cashier not the right drink she said yes it and turned around rudely and left. Someone else, I think it was the cook brought us or order. I really didn’t want to make a scene cause there were other vehicles waits as well. But anyway, the cashier should be fired along with the manager they’re responsible for there employees. I don’t care if she has a family to feed, that’s her problem for not doing her job correctly. Out of all the restaurants/fast food places around the area I chose to eat at Wendy’s but that’s the last time I’ll ever eat there and am spreading the word, that’ll kick you in the butt as the owner. Read moreDo not patronize this location. This evening, I stopped by to place a quick dinner order and it was anything but pleasant. Ordering was delayed for a minute and the female on the other side either did not know how to use the headset or it was broken (loud static nearly the entire process). Mind you there was one vehicle at the window and then myself. It’s not as if they were swamped with orders. Then I was able to pull forward. The ticking clock showed 650 seconds on the order in front of me by the time that person pulled away. They then ran my card and did not give a receipt and as such I cannot leave a review with Wendy’s corporate. Shady. Then the order was wrong (wrong sauces, old fries that did not fill the container, sandwich had an item on it explicitly asked to be left off, wrong kind of chicken wrap), and slow to come out (they didn’t even start filling the drinks until they delivered the food and then they were only filled one at a time). They must have been understaffed right? No. I counted no less than 6 employees wandering around and joking. The only positive thing I can say is they were polite. Read moreThe interior of this location is outstanding! However the restroom is something I'd STAY AWAY from.
However, the parking lot is definitely something to be desired. At night it is sketchy, and not well-lit. All of the lot in this strip mall needs to be repaved; it is so bumpy and jagged.
The food is fair. It's not terrible and not great; it's just kind average.
The service is pretty quick and friendly so everything kinda balances, but this could be a great Wendy's if they just work on the freshness of food and update their parking lot.
UPDATE: went to eat on the inside recently and the bathrooms are in serious need of repair and cleanup. The restroom was not very clean or up to standard. The toilet paper dispenser was removed from the wall and placed on the sink area. The sensors in the sink didn't work very well either as they didn't dispense with hardly any water* (*it mainly drizzled). The restroom was full of graffiti.
The restroom is a reflection of the entire restaurant. If the restroom isn't clean; what is the kitchen like? That is my personal standard for gauging restaurants; especially ones with average to low customer service.
