If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order online and the error kept saying card declining. I check my bank and see that the amount was pulled from the bank. I call the store and the manager picks up and lets me know that they don’t have access to the online ordering system. The manager lets me know he will call his owner and call me back with an explanation. The manager calls me back and says that I would have to wait 24 hours for a refund to be processed in order for them to see if the order was disputed or not. I let the manager know that I was never wanting a refund I was simply wanting my order. The manager proceeds to tell me that he is unable to give my order since they don’t have it on their side. How is my account going to be charged if an order was never placed. I state to the manager that I need a call back from the owner since the money I have no food now nor the money I spent thinking I was ordering the food. The owner Jacob Miller calls me and tries to explain the situation stating that I wanted a refund and that he was unable ti because again they have to wait 24 hours. I once again let the owner know as well that I am not wanting a refund I am simply wanting to know what happened to my order and money. The owner then tells me that he is unable to help me since he does not have access either to the online account. I understand so I say okay well what do I do about my food for the day. He then tells me sorry you can order again and hopefully it goes through. I let him know my frustrations once again and I ask well if I wait the 24 hours and everything looks okay what happens that and he says I will issue you a refund and I said with no compromising since I had to wait 24 hours for a 42$ order and he says no. Read moreWalked in on a Saturday about 8:10 pm. They close at 9:00 pm. I asked if they were still serving and one of the two young guys made a negative comment about how he wished they were already closed. Then when we tried to order he said they were no longer making food for the evening. This isn't the first time I've seen this happen. I like this place but I don't see them getting much business even though the two fast food places next door are always packed. It's just a matter of time until they go under which means stay away because, as a result of the service problems and slow business, you'll probably be served something that makes you sick.

After I wrote the review above, I immediately went to the website and gave you the details as well as a copy of what I wrote here. I also included my contact information. Your response here is nothing but an attempt to make it look like you really care about the customer when the truth is your business is failing because you are not managing it well. Note that I am not the only one complaining about the confusion about how late you are open. When I first started eating at your place last fall, your hours said you were only open until 8:00 pm. I did not go several times because I thought you were closed. Later I learned you were actually open until 9:00 pm. Now, people are complaining about showing up between 8 pm and 9 pm and being told there is no food service. Read moreI’m very upset about this place , walked in no one offered to welcome me in or greet just stared which is fine , went to observe the menu with my family member for a good 8 min no one said you guys need help or are you guys ready to order nothing .
